If you do have additional concerns, get the serial number and call Ping tomorrow to verify.  The serial number is a bit unclear in the photos.  Ping's phone number is 8004pingfit.  They come in around 10:00 EST, I believe.  I know the phone number has too many characters in it but after the 7th character, it will start dialing. Just stay on the line (ignore the prompts--they are for Ping accounts).

I believe it screams fake…. Differences to me are circled….. 1st is the one in question OP is asking about. Other is off the PING site…. Personally, I’d leave it alone….

I have a real G425 purchased from Carl’s Golfland. 

My driver looks very similar to the OP’s pics and it looks more like the OP’s pics than the Ping website pic. 
The serial number on my driver is very crisp. However, the OP’s pics show distortion so who knows. 
If it’s being sold on Marketplace for a low price , it could be legit but it also is likely stolen. Where I live, middle aged tweakers subsist on selling stolen stuff on Marketplace. 
I think the best thing to do is check the serial number? Counterfeiters can use a real serial number on a fake club but often don’t bother. 
You can call Ping but  there’s also a thread on this site (Ping Serial Lookup) in which a very helpful WRXer with acccess to Ping records will give you the recorded info on the serial number.

Just saw the same exact photos on a “local” listing by me in Tampa and it’s listed at $130. 
 

Willing to bet when you ask to meet up they’ll say they are out of town but can ship

He did ask if I wanted it shipped. I said pickup, he didn't balk. Tried to get me to put a downpayment on it to hold it, I said no. Next day it was removed by Marketplace for not meeting their standards
