They sneaked it into the email w/ intro for new releases, normally it'd have the T&C at the bottom if it was a targeted email. 

We'll see, already did some wheeling and dealing on CPO on some '24 Apex's to stock up for the trade in bonus.

I just noticed the deal was upgrade from old apex to the new ones. You cant trade in any type of club you want. Oh well.

 

I'll wait for a 2X promo on them.

when do you think that might be?  will we have to wait until next June?  do the values "change significantly?"  for instance a 6-PW Paradym Iron set is giving me a value of $375, but next June will it be $250?

No idea when it will be. Yes the values drop but idk how much.

Well I maxed out my trade in bonus limit when I submitted like 450 dollars worth of clubs, so the max I'll get is $50....may have to wait until next year.  Hoping Taylormade or WorldWideGolf will do a 50% trade in bonus soon.

Trade limit for bonuses are promo specific. Technically Callaway has a "$2500" yearly household max limit, at least from my experience, they don't enforce or track it.

I got hosed on my last trade in with them. Hit the max ( which I didn't know  existed)  and had to eat $350 trade in I was quoted. I suppose it serves me right for constantly trading.

Was it all in one trade? Like over $2.5k worth of trades or did you have separate trades? 
 

I only ask as I’ve done well over the max limit this year without any problem. Mostly online, but a few with CPO through reps adding trades to existing orders.

I have a couple trades that delivered to them 8/1 as well.  I'd expect the email notifications Monday or Tuesday.

I believe mine was traded back in early June and I didnt get my refund until mid July, it took about a month and a half i believe.

Called and spoke to CS today. Was told it’s taking about 3 weeks. 
 

They are processing returns arrived on 8/1, rep said I should see the refund process by end of week.

Mine was received 7/15 and trade processed 8/7 so roughly 3 weeks

They did this at launch of the 24’s. Didn’t know it was back.

Pretty sure it’s targeted emails/select accounts. Max is $500 bonus (least the first wave). I got in on it, and now got another one with the same offer, about 4 weeks apart.

I didn’t get an email, just went to the website, put a set of the new Apex irons in my cart, added the trade in and it said 75% bonus

For trading in your set of Apex towards a new set??  This has been going on for awhile now.  It started when they released the 2024 line but not sure if it ended or still going though.
