It was tighter dispersion in my new Blue & felt a little smoother....or maybe the feeling was to justify the $$$ lol

Not surprising.. I am a fan of the Ventus TR line. Really want to try the TR red in driver.

Blue+ felt smoother and was slightly more stable for me compared to OG.  I'm assuming the Black and Red+ will feel better and possibly help tighten up dispersion as well.

Black TR was pretty crazy and a bit too much for even most high swing sweed players. I'm hoping the new black doesn't have as much of a kick in the downswing as the TR blue, but plays closer to OG black and TR blue, rather than the telephone pole that is TR black

I have my suspicions that the Black+ will play closer to the OG Black but feel smoother.  Maybe something similar to the AD VF.

Smooth as silk. Was fit into it with a 9* QI10 Max head. Really like the combo and I liked the shaft on other heads.

surprised there hasn't been more chatter on the black velocore+ (and ofc the red.. just more of a ventus black guy).    I heard July 1 is the actual release date.... really looking forward to a black 6x.

I guess I’m not in the norm.  Really like the TR Blue and TR Black.  I’ve got the new Blue + in a mini driver but I’ve been waiting on the TR Blue to compare against but my builder says his shipments have been delayed.

I love the Ventus stuff. Have from the beginning. But I am wondering if it isn’t time to do something else. Does a third version start to dilute the brand and make Fuji start to seem stale?

Standard business model is to make small improvements to an existing successful product line which is what Fuji is doing.  If it ain't broke, why fix it?  Oooooo.......maybe I shouldn't have said that with all the Ventus shafts breaking these past couple years........

Im very excited to try the new black. I loved OG Black, then TR Black ended up being a better fit for me, and now with the new black plus, I’m hoping it ends up being an even better fit! Fingers crossed 🤞

Anyone hit the new black vs original? Have been using the Black TR for the last year which feels stiffer than the regular but so much better and smoother so I've had it in the bag. Hoping the new black is smoother than the original and I'd probably make the switch. Want to test the new black and maybe the GD VF

I haven’t, I’m just going to order it blind and do a head to head with it vs my TR Black.

I am not trying to tell them how to do anything. They have been successful. Just throwing out thoughts. Eventually they need something new right? Something “better than Ventus”.

I know you're not trying to tell them how to do anything.  I think they'll roll with the Ventus line though for awhile.

I actually think the OG Black and TR Red are pretty similar.  I still play the OG Black but I've got the TR Red in my backup and it's really good.  I use my launch monitor during almost every practice session and the launch and spin are pretty much identical but I get a touch more ball speed on average with the red.  I've just got too many reps in with the OG Black and a ton of comfort with it to get it out of the bag.

I'm surprised they don't try a Blue with a little softer tip section.  Some like the Tour AD CQ.

Not much different product life cycle than the Speeder line up. Ventus is still pretty dominant on tour and with consumers, so I would guess they won’t make a “better than Ventus” lineup any time soon.
