Wearing two rain gloves in humid conditions

One alternative to at least consider: SPF sleeves get rid of a lot of the issues with sweat running down onto your hands from your forearms, in addition to the sun protection they provide.  And good sleeves are NOT hotter; if anything, they keep your arms cooler by keeping the sun off your bare skin.  Farmers have known this for centuries; golfers are slow learners.

Sparms, simply because they make a “shoulder wrap” so that I never have to pull the sleeves back up, or feel like they are too tight on my upper arm.  Add to that that you don’t have to worry about the elastic getting stretched out, and it makes them more durable than sleeves. They aren’t cheap, but at least to me they are well worth the money.

I tried this in 98 degree weather yesterday and the two shots I wore them for where the best struck balls all night. Although, I played okay previously, my right hand frequently slipped off. I may adopt this moving forward. Went to see if others have done this and saw this thread. Thanks for confirming it.

I used to wear 2 rain gloves in extreme humidity we get down here in the South but don’t care for how they both feel on unless I have to in rain.  
 

started to wear Sparms sleeves like mentioned and that helps a ton with the right hand sweat.  
 

also was tired of going thru like 3 leather gloves a round that never really recovered to be good to use again.  Bought some finger ten “rain gloves”.  Only wear them on the left hand and that’s a great combo for me.   They hold up really well in humid conditions and no more excessive right arm sweat making it hard to hold the club.

Tropicool is the answer. My hands get super sweaty and these are amazing. I used to use Permasoft and had to rotate tons of gloves on the range and during rounds but no more. I’ve switched into these. Plus you can wash them when they start getting dirty.

HIghs in the mid 90's heat index approaching 110, humidity so thick you can cut it with a knife. Two rain gloves is the way. I've been wearing the Finger Tens and swear by them. If I only wear one, my bottom hand just gets wet from the soaked glove on the top hand. I don't even bother taking them off to chip/putt, they are so thin it's not even an issue (and I can't stand chipping/putting wearing a single normal glove). The rub is they do NOT work if they aren't wet, they slide around on my hands (not the grip). White was out of stock so I ordered gray, but they sent black, so I just channel my inner Aaron Rai.

Never two rain gloves but when I was living in Alabama, I'd either use two regular gloves or I'd buy a pair or baseball batting gloves during the summer.

Baby powder. I carry a travel size bottle in my bag. I don't where a glove so when it get muggy I just sprinkle a little powder on the hands, solves the problem.
