Adding Pictures to an ad

I am working on a Mac, and just converted all my .heic files to .jpegs, but when I try to add them to my listing it gives me an error message. It looks like all the files are below 2mb so Im not sure why they aren't uploading?

 

If anyone has any insight on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated!

what does the error message say?

 

I do this on my mac (convert by exporting the .heic files to .jpg in preview)  and haven't had any issues.

Yea I did that! And when I went to upload the jpegs to the ad, it says error please reach out for assistance or something like that

And what does the error message say ?

 

Take a screenshot of your failure and (try to) upload it in your next post.

OK, not sure why a MAC can't take a screenshot but,,,,,,,

 

Where did the pics originate ? iPhone ? Digital camera ? i.e. why is the extension .heic ?

 

I wonder how the poster following your OP converted .heic to jpeg on a MAC and it worked fine, but yours don't.

Yes of an iPhone and converted on my Mac from an heic file to a jpeg. I Just tried to repost them on my add and got the same message.

Pretty generic message but I notice you've posted a fair number of pictures in your clubs for sale.

 

You may have attached too many pics.

 

Click on your user name in the upper right-hand corner.

 

Click on "My Attachments".

 

It should show you a percentage of your storage you've already used.

 

If it's very high you might free up some room by deleting old attachments.

Yeah I did that and deleted about 10 pages of attachments haha and still doesn’t work.

OK, not sure where else you can go.

Resize your pictures to 1024 with aspect ratio checked.

 

Or change your phone settings to most compatible in camera settings to take Jpgs and not heic.
