Yes, and I was happy to see him get a ring with the G-men. He is a true stand up dude. When Ron Springs was on dialysis, Walls donated a kidney. Unfortunately, this is probably his most famous picture.

... If they don't, the season will be a complete bust. 🙄  Bears offense is ascending and as you said, the 49ers have no RB's and a myriad of other injuries. The main thing is the players should have at least a one game boost with a new HC that has revitalized the offense. Since Thomas Brown took over the offense, Wiliams has thrown for 231, 340 and 246 against the Packers, Vikings and Lions. All that said, the 49ers have the 5th ranked defense so even with injuries, it shouldn't be a cake walk.

... The 2025 NFL draft should be interesting. Jags, Raiders and Giants have 2 win. Browns, Patriots and Panthers have 3 wins. Out off all those teams, Jags and Patriots as well as probably the Panthers with Young finally playing well, none of them need a QB.

... Shedeur Sanders is universally ranked #1, but he holds the ball too long and we have seen this trait fail spectacularly in the NFL. So If I were the Giants and Raiders or the Browns trading up, I would move heaven and earth to draft Jaxson Dart. He is currently ranked 3rd, 3rd, 7th, 11th in several prominent draft rankings. Currently tied for my favorite college QB with Avery Johnson who is just a sophomore, I think Dart is the current prototypical NFL QB, great leader, reads defenses extremely well, is very accurate on all throws with a strong arm and has escapability and can run when needed. Most importantly his poise in the pocket is unparalleled, other than Johnson as both look like they are playing in their backyard with friends.

Essentially a must win game for the 9ers as well. Hoping for a great game either way it goes!

And the end of one around here. Funny thing, that really wasn’t the most important play. There were still 51 seconds remaining and Dallas only trailed by 1, with the best kicker in the league at that time, Rafael Septien. 1st play after kickoff gained 31 yards - a pass to Drew Pearson that almost broke for a TD if not for Eric Wright’s one-handed horse collar tackle (not a penalty back then). 10 or 15 more yards and Dallas is in FG range. Danny White then holds the ball way too long and fumbles when sacked. It's the primary reason White isn’t held in high regard by Cowboys’ fans. He was a great passer - better than Staubach, but he just couldn’t win games like that. That was the second of 3 straight NFC Championship losses for White.

Yes, Bills vs Lions would be outstanding! I’d love to see either franchise get a SB. Chiefs/Eagles? Meh, although I love Reid and Mahomes. Would be kinda fun to see Reid beat his old team again. Just like a Bears’ fan feels about the Packers, not much I like about the Iggles.
