Originally, I had included "epic choke" in my post, but I decided to tone it down.  Same thing with regards to the non-call - sometimes, I just don't know what constitutes targeting anymore.  I know the definition of the rule, but the interpretation sometimes seems arbitrary.  <shrug>  In this case, it's irrelevant now.

 

In other news, it looks like my PP (Baltimore) is in extreme jeopardy.

In regards to the 49ers game, I'm EXTREMELY glad I didn't make a pick in that one and also glad I'm not at Levi's.  Right now, it's 97 outside at my house which is on the other side of town from the stadium.  Heck, it's 85 in my bedroom.  Time to retreat to the family room which is built on what was originally the garage, so it has a concrete base under the plywood and carpeting.  It's always the coolest room the house.

,,, I know some disagree, but with the catastrophic damage of CTE I think they should always err on the side of caution. But again, that was textbook targeting fulfilling every requirement and I have no idea why it wasn't called. 

... And Imo I wouldn't call it a choke, Cal was just off enough to let the game slip away from them. They weren't playing "not to lose" and maintained their aggression but the offense just couldn't get it done. I was really pulling for them.

... Which Trails? When I visited with my son and ex, they wouldn't let me hike Angels Landing with them. Didn't wanna worry that my back couldn't take it and they were going all the way to the top. Narrows wasn't open.

Seattle got it close in the 4th quarter. They lined up for a FG from 45 yards with 1 minute left to tie the game and send it into OT. The kick was blocked and there went my second PP of the season. 🙁
