Also interested if the new members bags are larger

Sadly, no.  They continue to be too small at the top and generally awful, as always.  How they continue to sell those bags at this point is beyond me.  If they ever fix the problems with that bag, I’d buy one in a heartbeat.

Hoping to see the new lineup soon.  Carl's indicates that they have the carbon 4 2025 but not sure if it is real/correct.  Titleist.com seems to still have the old version with very limited color combos.

I am pretty set on the Carbon 4 due to the weight.  Currently carrying a Vessel player 4 and it is a little heavy to get on/off.  Super easy to carry with their awesome straps but putting on and taking off it is noticeably heavy.

I am currently trending toward single color bags for some reason.  I was going to get another white one but I do spy a cool light blueish one.

Worldwide golf has first I've seen available of the Carbon. Now listed at 3.1lbs. I think they had 2.9 previously. I'd like to see if they changed the divider connection at the bottom. Even though I have has 2 Titleist bags fail in the last few years I'm likely getting one of the solid color Carbons

The new Carbon looks great. Doesn't look like they made any changes to dividers, but zippers, pockets, back pad are improved. Bag seems even more streamlined. Even with the failed bags I've had recently I'm ordering one.

Love the new colors.  Finally some more cool looks from Titleist rather than the same old black, navy, white, etc…

Love my Players Carbon 4, and it appears they’ve made that bag even better.  Just ordered a new regular Players 4 in the white/navy to use as my carry/trolley bag at my club.

Haha, my favorite new colors are the all black and all navy. Love the solid colorway without contrasting zippers, stripes etc. Will be my 3rd navy bag from Titleist... I do have the navy single strap from my last blank P4 so that's a factor. My P4 dividers are all torn and it's out of warranty.

I wonder if they’re just weighing with the strap now.  My ‘24 Carbon 4 said 2.9, but I weighed it with the strap on and I got 3.1 lbs.

I think it's a little more robust this time. I bet its like 3lbs 12 oz with strap. The last one was 3lbs 8oz.

Well, truth be told, my Carbon 4 is all black, and my new Players 4 is white.  But it’s good that other people have some bold choices.

Mine sure wasn’t.  I got 3.1 when I weighed it.  And I think my older model was even lighter.

I might have to weigh mine again.  Either way, it’s the lightest golf bag I’ve ever picked up.

With straps? That's what mine weighed. Not sure of the year but I think 2nd gen., The navy with grey highlights.

Yeah, with the straps, but not the rain cover.  I’ll have to weigh it again at the club.  My scale at home isn’t accurate enough.

Both the Carbon 4 and the regular 4 are so light relative to most other bags, I don’t split hairs.  They’re just awesome bags.  I’m done with compromise bags.  My carry bags have to be the super light kind and my cart bag has to be a mini staff that doesn’t move around on the cart and stands straight up off it.

I agree. The hoofer lite straps are incredible, but the bag seems bloated in comparison. I don't need any more space for carry than what I can get in the carbon.

I use a jones trouper converted to single strap for a cart bag.

Weighed my new 25 carbon. 4lbs 3oz with straps and rain hood. I think the original was actually 3lbs 12oz(not 8oz). I didn't have a scale in store, but felt substantially lighter than Moonlander which I was considering as well. Straps are updated. Looks like will still need a little break in, but are a full pad vs the 3 ribs like last time. The navy is a tiny bit lighter color than last couple gens. I'm mostly worried about the dividers holding up since they seem unchanged, but seems like a great carry so far.

FYI the color difference is definitely enough to not consider using the single strap I had left over from last gen. Definitely going to remove the logo on the strap. Compared to a lot of bags the logo is a bit subdued, but they like to make sure one is visible at every angle

I just weighed my 2024 Carbon with the strap on and got 3.45 pounds, so mine is 3 lbs 7.2 oz.  If the new one is .2 lbs heavier then should be about 3 lbs. 10.5 oz. I picked one up in the store yesterday and it was the lightest bag of any they had in stock except for the tiny Sunday bags.  The closest thing I could find to it was the regular Players 4, which at .5lbs heavier is also really light but I can tell the difference to the Carbon.

I don’t consider the rain hoods when I weigh a bag, because I rarely ever carry it in the bag.

Funny thing is I had an older Carbon 4 that I recently gave to one of the assistant pros at our club, and it was even lighter than my 2024.  So for some reason, Titleist has been slowly adding weight to this bag.

Surprisingly the rain hood weighs 1/3lbs. I also don't carry them unless needed, but Titleist rain hoods are really nice. Straps are 1/2lb.

I just picked up a new blank hoofer lite as well and will be returning and keeping carbon. Ping has the best straps, but the bag is a full pound heavier(over 5lbs 3oz with strap and hood, but definitely more durable), seems very bulky in comparison and not as big of a fan of the colorway. The new straps for the carbon are very good though.

I think the Sun Mountain 2.5 is the only full bag left that is lighter.

I recently purchased a Players 4 direct from Titleist, because I loved the color and the Carbon didn’t come in it.  Titleist said the weight was 3.7lbs.  Weighed it when it got here and it was 4.5 lbs with the strap on.  Side by side at home, I could really notice the extra weight over my Carbon and the additional bulkiness, so I sent it back.

I’m not a Sun Mountain fan, but at the store the other day, I checked out their C130 cart bag.  Didn’t care for the looks at all, but wow is that bag light weight for a cart bag.  I couldn’t believe how light it felt.  Great zippers too.

The new Sun Mountain 2.5 unfortunately is no longer anywhere close to 2.5 or even 2.5 lbs. I got an the new 2025 E-2.5, and it's about 5 lbs. I also ordered a 2025 Titleist Players 4 Carbon, and it was 4.4 lbs on my scale with the straps and rain hood. Definitely lighter than others but heavier than expected given the advertised weight of 3.1 pounds.

There’s no way the Carbon 4 is 4.4 lbs unless the rain hood is almost 3/4 of pound by itself, which is unlikely based on my holding of it.  I’d question the accuracy of your scale.  And 3.1 lbs is the claimed weight without the hood and the straps.

My ‘24 Carbon weighed 2.95 without the strap and 3.45 with the strap on a highly accurate digital scale.

@chinaskimeasured 4.2lbs with straps/rain hood on, so for me to get 4.4lbs could've definitely been a scale inaccuracy (although I did use my kitchen scale which is much more accurate than something like holding the bag and standing on a digital bathroom scale you use to weigh yourself--it's accurate to the gram). The point is this 2025 bag is probably nothing close to 3.1 pounds when it's on your back without clubs in it. It's definitely heavier than previous years, and by a good margin (likely more than 15-20%)

Well if it’s on your back it has the straps, so it’s gonna be 3.1 + the weight of the straps, which on my ‘24 are about half a pound.  I owned a ‘25 for a little less than 24 hours before I returned it.  I got 3.6-3.7 lbs on my home digital scale with straps on, which makes sense compared to my ‘24.  In comparison a ‘25 Players 4 I also owned for about 48 hours vacillated between 4.4 and 4.5 lbs on that scale.  And I could definitely feel the difference between the regular Players and the Carbon.

I think the Carbon has inched up about .2 lbs through each of the last three iterations.  I wonder why they’re adding weight to it.  Seems like they’d want to try to engineer weight out of their lightest bag.

Yeah, in my first post I said I weighed it with the straps and rain hood, and I got 4.4 lbs. @chinaski also had the straps and rain hood on when measuring and got 4.2 lbs. If you were at 3.7, then maybe the rain hood was the thing that bumped it above 4 lbs for @chinaski and I.

Sun Mountain is doing the same thing with their 2.5 (and 3.5) bags. You'd think they'd want to continue trying to own the niche lightweight bag market and keep at least one carry bag super lightweight, even if it means fewer pockets/slightly less durability. Instead, Sun Mountain (and Titleist with the Players 4 Carbon) are slowly letting their lightweight bags get heavier; soon they'll be competing with the more standard hybrid stand bags out there.

It has to be a warranty issue. Likely the reason Ping and Mizuno stopped making their ultra lightweights completely. I had a K1-LO and Carbon both fail in under a year. Wasn't too bad for me since I was able to get a new bag/refund each time. Now they are probably just good enough to last a year, haha. I'll still deal with it since I want the lightest carry possible.

Oddly though, the Carbon from two gens back from this one that I recently gifted to one of our assistant pros seemed to be the most robust of all three of them.  And it was the simplest design of all three gens.  No tee pocket on that bag and the straps seemed lighter and slightly more comfortable as well.

I’ve not had any issues with either Carbon that I’ve actually owned and used for a year of more.  I’ve never had a problem with any of the Titleist bags I’ve owned, and I’ve owned a lot of them over the years.

Does anyone with a Players 4 or Carbon bag feel like the top divider is way too small (I'm pretty sure they share the same top divider)?  No clue why Titleist makes the top divider so small in these bags.  The Linkslegend bags have much more equal spacings for all four dividers.

I have a Players 4 and I have to do three clubs at the top (driver, 3w, putter) which makes me have to put five clubs in the bottom (9i, PW, GW, SW, LW).  I'm starting to get used to this setup, but I would much rather have 4 at top, 4 at bottom, and 3 in each of the middle spots like so:

(driver, 3w, hybrid, putter)
         (4,5,6) (7,8,9)
     (PW, GW, SW, LW)

I'm considering getting a Players 5 bag next time since the top divider looks bigger, but wondering if anyone can confirm it can comfortably handle 4 clubs up top?
