Rapsodo MLM <> Stack System Issues?

I just conducted my baseline training for the Stack System using the Rapsodo MLM to measure speed and can’t make sense of the results. 
 

On Trackman and this same Rapsodo device my driver cruises at 111-114 mph with a high degree of consistency. FWIW I’m a 1 handicap and former D1 college player and carry my drives 270-280 yards. 
 

in the baseline testing session (with no golf ball) the MLM was recording my high intent swings at 92-96 mph with my same driver. I was so perplexed that I changed the MLM to practice range mode (rather than speed training) and it picked up my driver at 112 mph. But then when I switched back to no ball and the Stack speed training mode the speed dropped to 96 mph again. 
 

That’s closer to my 6 iron numbers with a ball so I’m perplexed. Is the device wrong? And I actually swinging dramatically slower, perhaps because there’s no ball present? 
 

I checked the Stack System FAQ’s and didn’t see any mention of this. Obviously feels like a crazy low baseline.

Had same issue with the Rapsodo. I think it’s just an issue with the speed section of the Rapsodo. 
 

To me doesn’t really matter the number as long as it’s consistent because an increase is an increase. Meaning I really swing around 106 with driver and Rapsodo Speed training says 80-85 so if I increase to 95 then I’m really swinging at 116

Did you guys figure out an answer to this issue?  I got an mlm2pro last week and have had some low #s.  I was previously using an SSR and a PRGR with Stack, and both devices gave ~114 e-speed.  Since switching to mlm2pro, I’m suddenly about 7 mph slower when using r-speed.  Not sure what to believe.

Anyone get a solution to this or know if Rapsodo fixed it?  Thinking about getting the Stack, but want to know if I need a new launch monitor before buying it.

Curious about this as well having just received my Stack package. 

 

I have the SwingCaddie SC-200. It works well as a basic launch monitor on the range and the measured results match what my eyes and on-course experience suggest. However, if I put it in "practice swing" mode to measure club speed only it seems to exaggerate those numbers by a lot.

I recently completed my baseline assessment as well and had similar results to OP. I have the Stack Radar.
 

 I’m typically around 110-112 swing speed with my driver but my baseline for speed training came in at 103 mph with my driver. 

I’m not too concerned but I too found it interesting. Glad to see I’m not the only one!
