My Masters VT4 did this too, the side panel isn't actually stitched to the top of the shoe, it's supposed to be loose, it's not a fault/QC issue. You can slide/pull it up the flywire parts and once tied they will be fine and it won't drop down again.

 

What, do you have to get your finger in there to hold it up while you put the shoe on? That seems like a terrible idea/design.

I'm on the fence. I like the color, so I might reach out to Nike CS and see what they have to say. With that piece of material falling down it exposes the  wires on the inside of the shoe and if they happen to break you're screwed. I  had some heel slipage while walking around the house which is odd because I have 2 pair of the VT 4's and walked 18 holes and had no issues with the white pair.

just noticed the victory tours in the masters theme in wide have completely disappeared from the site, stayed on 'coming soon' status for what it feels 2 months and now they are no longer showing... never came out to the public

what a weird year in terms on releasing dates

happy to have snagged the regular size which feels perfect

received my victory tours with the PGA colorway

I'm very impressed with the quality of the shoe overall, its very well made, the colors pop and the materials feel excellent

I'm not too fond of the material of the laces but the colors look good 

there is definitely another finish to the shoe (chrome?), there is some shining going on that others have spoken too,  i don't hate it and it.... the shoe definitely doesn't feel as soft as other colorways, its a bit more rigid

for sure they run a bit bigger too, so my smokey blue+masters are identical in fit, contrary to this, PGA's feel a little bigger, still very comfortable but will need to play 18 to confirm the comfort is the same as the others

 

 

i don't get the 'quality issue' some have spoken about, at least mine seem to be okay, to me it feels like the flywire cover will definitely stay in place when the shoe is in on

Finally got to play with my VT4s, exremely comfortable. Love how snug they are, and "stiff". you feel them stable on the ground, and your feet won't be moving anywhere. My only downside this first round with them is that on my right foot, I can feel the crease in the leather hitting my feet, other that that they don't feel bulky or heavy, even though they are quite heavy. @Joselo

Played in them on Friday. They were great right out of the box. Ordered the masters pair. Hoping that US gets more of the NRG colorways otherwise I will need to continue ordering from UK

The upcharge for this particular colorway is absurd. I like the shoes and they are comfy enough, but they are not a $180+ shoe.

I’m not going to disagree with that. I’m a Masters Ho and couldn’t resist though. Really wish it was a $10-15 up charge. Much easier to swallow

I am too, especially with the blossoms. But, after having them sitting in my cart I just couldn't do it. That's coming from a complete shoe hoe...

 

But of course, I still may get them if they sit there long enough!

For what it’s worth. I scooped them up a few days ago from the uk and with 10% off I paid $183 with tax. And that is with the conversion rate.

Interesting the US Open colorways are 10 dollars cheaper on Dicks/GG. Wonder if the tariff hike is only going to apply to NDC merchandise.
