I have had these for about a month now and for me so far I’m impressed. In particular with the long irons which are the easiest to hit of anything I have gamed before. Ball goes high and far and comes in steep. 
 

Coming from King Tours I’ve gained a full club distance in the 5 iron and gradually less down to the pitching and gap wedges where they are the same.

I am a slower swing player due to age, illnesses, and injuries but still a fairly good ball striker.  I demoed the LIMIT3D last year and loved it.  Too expensive for me.  Do you think I would be able to hit the 3DP and play it?  Assuming I could afford it.  Also, same question for the King Tours?

The head weights on these do feel on the heavier side. That can be a good thing.

Figured I'd provide an update after a few more rounds in the books...

I can't overstate how impressed I am with these clubs, the forgiveness is REAL but it's hidden which makes it all the more impressive. Know people have noted these are lower spinning, but you get great height even from the long irons that I had no problem with stopping power given the decent angle. 

Turf interaction is great, and feel continues to be solid. Soft out of the middle a little harsher when not so you know when you miss. 

 

Yes, they are incredibly pricey but I am seeing performance benefits that seem to be worth the price!

Last week I went to the PGA Superstore in Plano thinking they would surely have a demo. Nope. That was very surprising since I've read they are highest volume store of all the PGA Superstores.

 

Not sure if he knew what he was talking about, but the guy working the hitting bay said that they only gave demos to 10 of their stores.

I’d say they are pretty similar in size with the King Tour. Slightly longer blade length and a touch narrower and straighter shape in the sole.

coming from KingTour, I honestly didn't notice a thing different....except the result...

This is what I’ve read elsewhere - which has me thrilled to (eventually) try. The KTs are killers and something I’ve been considering upgrading to recently. But reading more on the 3DPs has me wondering more 🤔

I've got a set on the way. 5-PW. A little worried about the loft/spin on the 5 and 6 irons, but if they launch high, maybe ok. I am more intrigued with the shorter irons because most 'player's irons' that have some kind of tech/help built in (slots, tungsten, etc) actually do not have the tech in the 8-PW (T100 and Mizuno 243 as examples) and those short irons end up basically being blades, IMO. If I'm buying a techy player's iron, I like the idea of the tech actually being in every iron throughout the set.

Went to a local golf galaxy.  They didn't have them. Was disappointed.  Was debating dg 105 or kbs $ taper lite. Would be nice to hit them first.

Identical club. I have both. Cobra confirmed this. Only the badging is different.

I’m really looking forward to the in-depth reviews from the GolfWRX testers - these are obviously an investment but I’m hopeful they will be able to conclude if these are truly worth the hype. Gonna be a fun test to follow!

During the demo day, I tried to hit every shaft they had but the stiff options were pretty slim for the fitting head. 
 

I couldn’t get the feel of a couple of those pure 7i shots out of my head and the PW was phenomenal. 
 

I left with the 4-PW with KBS $ Taper 120s. I don’t think these shafts are going to stay however but it was the last set locally available and I don’t mind building my own to spec.

 

another thing I heard is the Steelfiber and any other foreign graphite shafts might be in limited supply for a while due to the trade situations. Just an unconfirmed FYI

These are the real deal. I’m a decent but not the greatest ball striker and don’t think I have ever had this much control with my irons. 
 

They give me exactly what I am looking for. I’m able to take some off and flight them down and hit my number. They also respond really well to giving it a little extra. They are just so consistent.

I came from ZX5s with SF 110s to these, Same shafts. The cobras are stupid good and I loved the Srixons but these are different class.
