Swing weight if used with the correct balance point and total weight will make an excellent set of clubs.
total weight is important to me. 12 grams per club progression. but SW is also.

IMO:

up right lie angles will make your

short clubs feel lighter when swung.

my wedges are 67 degs.

my 5 iron is 60 degs|

I did a rudimentary swing weight comparison of my irons today.

I weighed clubs on postal scale that is pretty accurate.

I then balanced club, and measured from fulcrom point to butt of grip. I charter the results and then added numbers to two different online calculators. They both agreed on all the clubs.

I can tell that this method is not very accurate, but i figured all the clubs would be off a little either way. I think that for seeing how close they to each other not necessarliy the exact sw, but rather a scale for how far apart the clubs where from each other.

My clubs are about 2-8 sw apart.

I added a couple grams of led tape to the three xlubs that where clearly lower sq then rest ao i got all the clubs within at most 4sw points.

The 4,5,6 and 7 where all am little light and thw 8-pw was heavier. The weired one is the gw, is like like 8pts light. I always have a problem with that club always always amd short. I added about 4 grams and got it closer.

Clearly I need a swing weight scale to be more accurate.
