Private course access via annual events?

Anyone know of any private courses in Florida that you can access via events, such as annual charity events? Preferably an annual one thats at the same spot every year, if you missed would come back around the next year. Or charitable groups that host an event every year to watch for.

 

Last year Grand Harbor in Vero Beach hosted the annual Citrus Tournament. I was out of town and planned to go this year but turns out they moved the event to a public course in 2025. Got me thinking, what other events are out there that allow for public access to an actual private course?
