Can I ask why you have the utility build but with the steel shaft to match your irons? My understanding from my fitting is the difference to standard build is the hosel to allow hybrid graphite shafts. With the extra length and lighter shafts they adjust lofts also. With a steel shaft it’s just a normal t200 head? Or in the new model the t250*

I assume this is to me??? There's three different models of T-250 coming out.

Standard T-250 (3-PW) with T-200 Lofts. T-250 Utility, which will be a lighter head to allow better matching with graphite shafts. and T-250* which will be the same head as T-250 but with 2 degrees weaker lofts. The lofts between standard T-250 and Utility build I think are the same (but not 100% for sure)

I hit my current T-200 3 Iron (Pretty sure it is not a Utility build) around 240 when all goes well. So I don't see the need to go to graphite in that club...yet

Nice setup. Did you weaken the 45 degree pitching wedge at all to match with your 50 or was it a non issue? Did you notice if new gap wedge is at 49 or did they keep it at 50? I’m considering moving to back to full t100 through set and then having shoot out t150/t250 for the 4 iron.

I didn't hit the pitching wedges but kept it as is at 45 degrees. My 7 iron comparisons were basically the same other than the new T-100's spinning a tad less which is good for me as I hit it VERY high. Carry distances were within 2-3 yards compared to my current T-100's.

I compared my T200 to a RH T250. Longer Blade on the T250's. Top line about the same, maybe a tad thinner on T250's.

Overall, the T250's clears the T200's in appearance. Just wasn't able to hit it unfortunately.

Curious - was the offset the same on both?

No it was to the poster directly above my post with 200u listed as a 4 iron with steel shaft in with.

I believe the utility build lofts will be 2 degrees weaker again matching into the t250* lofts.

Was the T100 sole new?

thatcwas my biggest complaint with the old version was the flat low bounce soles

Nothing in the body changed.  Message was “it’s not broke don’t fix it”

Hmmm.  We’ve seen from the pictures some trailing edge relief on the 2025 compared to 2023

Well. My eye isn’t that discerning.  So possibly.  Just saying what he said.

I suppose we won’t know the exact answer to some of the minutiae details until Marty Ines does somw POD’s upon Embargo lift

I get it.

i heard they were trying to get more full sets of t100 out on tour and the major complaint was the short irons dug/got stuck compared to the 620 series

And I saw pics of the T100 long irons with polymer insert, which differs from prior series

To be fair. I was referencing the chasis not internal design. Yes there are differences in long irons that i can’t mention.   But others might.  Thats up to them

@Carolina Golfer 2 Two questions -

1. Do you recall the stock loft specs on the T250?

2. What was the 85g shaft graphite shaft you went with?

Can’t post either or LM results publicly.
They did say i could share these 4 shafts though.  😬

Fitting today resulted in

T250 1* strong

6-G

85G Graphite shaft +1/2 and 2 up

Just a marginal BEcgain over my current T350, 2-3 mph.  But gained almost 1000 rpm in spin and 10 feet in height snd landing angle by 2-3 degrees.

Got to hit all 4.  Surprisingly hit the 100 better than the 150.  But out of this world spin.  But that was me not the club.

As the fitter said 250 and 350 is where the fun begins.   Head is solid steel no badging on either.   Sound and feel on both much improved.

i watched 5 other fittings from good players on their staff.  Most went 4 iron in thr standard T250. Then 5-P in 150 or 100.   Only one guy went 250 utility.  He was carrying it around 240.

Great stuff! Much appreciated! The T350 looks significantly larger than the T250. Is that the case or is just the picture?

I’m really interested in your experience because I also gamed the T350 for a while and am hoping to fit into the T250. How did you find the forgiveness/distance of the T250 compared to your current T350?

I think the size is largely the picture.  The 350 is undoubtedly larger both sole and top line.  Similar to the 440 in size.  But much better sounding

i was surprised how well i hit the 250.  I think I could have gone 200 in my last fitting, but was probably a bit too over cautious.   I’m 66 and a 16 handicap.  my 7 iron generally tops out at 127 to 129.

But the fitter who know my swing and game well as we hit balls together every month when he’s at our course—felt the slightly smaller head on the 250 helped me square up the face more—supported by trackman data.

There has been some speculation that the 250* irons are foam filled but I haven’t heard anyone that went to a fitting mention this. Can anybody that saw the irons at a fitting confirm or deny?

Carolina Golfer 2...where where you fitted?  I am having trouble finding a fitter in Coastal GA.

In Maryland.  Right now they are only doing media and industry fittings. Public fittings will start in mid July.

Turf interaction through the ball of T250 relative to prior T200 - can you comment without I guess commenting on what may be incorporated for leading edge if that is out of bounds?

Was fit this past Tuesday as a Titleist LAS Staff Member.  Hit every iron in the lineup.  As others have mentioned, small refinements in the T100 and T150, with the T250 and T350 getting more of an overhaul.  When it came to my personal fitting, ended up in the same setup as current:

T250u 3-Iron

T100 4-PW

Standard length, and went back to standard lie from 1* flat after making a subtle swing change.  I've left the lofts standard throughout, as we saw peak heights at around 110 throughout the set, even with the 45* PW.  No real change to carry numbers, and need to weaken lofts to gain launch/height.

It’s been w while since i had the 200.   But the 250 did very well in getting through the turf.  I am only about 2-3 down on my strike.  But the fitter did say the 350 with a bit larger sole and felt the 250 did a bit better in that regard for me.
