I don’t think there’s a general rule as rocking two utilities isn’t that common. If one was a 4i, and one was a 2/3i, I’d probably have them ascend, but that’s just me. Just to get the lower lofts up in the air more, but keep the 4i down in a similar window.

 

For me that would look like a 95g in the 2/3, 105g in the 4i, then 120g in my irons.
 

I will probably be gaming 15 clubs with my hybrid at 19°, and this T250U at 20°, so only one utility.

I hit 2025 150 and 250 yesterday. I thought the 150's felt great! I did not experience any clickiness.  They felt very soft and quiet to me.  By contrast, the T250 was definitely clicky and had a louder more powerful sound.

This guys testing says they perform almost exactly the same with T250 slighlty outperforming the P790 on toe hits and the P790 slightly outperforming the T250 on heel strikes. Other than that it's only feel with the P790 feeling slightly softer most likely due to the foam insert. I already play the current T200's and placed an order yesterday for the T250's 6-PW and a T350 5 Iron. I like what I'm seeing from the performance relative to T200. This video and the cool clubs video suggest the T250 has significantly improved on mishits over the prior version. I will say that in playing them for about a year mishits on the T200 were punished more than other irons I have played in the past.

I can't say I was disappointed in the fitting process but I was expecting/hoping to get back to the 100 or 150. 

 

I have played every iteration of the AP2/T100 since the were first released in 2008.

 

I went to the T200 in 2023 because in 2022 I added a T200 4 iron utility build that I couldn't miss with and figured I may as well play the whole set. 

 

I really wanted to fit into the 150 because they sounded and felt so much better but on paper the 250 was superior. 

 

I also tested 3 or 4 different shafts assuming at age 60 I could use something lighter but, again, the numbers don't lie. The Modus 120 were the best for my swing. 

 

Now that I've typed all this out I feel like I should cancel my order! I'm not sure what I'm gaining with the 250....other than a prettier club. 🤷‍♂️

Just a marginal BEcgain over my current T350, 2-3 mph.  But gained almost 1000 rpm in spin and 10 feet in height snd landing angle by 2-3 degrees.  
 

Got to hit all 4.  Surprisingly hit the 100 better than the 150.  But out of this world spin.  But that was me not the club. 
 

As the fitter said 250 and 350 is where the fun begins.   Head is solid steel no badging on either.   Sound and feel on both much improved.   
 

i watched 5 other fittings from good players on their staff.  Most went 4 iron in thr standard T250. Then 5-P in 150 or 100.   Only one guy went 250 utility.  He was carrying it around 240.

Think the T250 will be a game changer for Titleist. Something that will compete with the P790. Looks clean too

Anybody test the new T350?  Is the topline and sole thinner than 3G?  Appears so in pics.

from what I can see T250 would not be so much different than P790.

Think they created T250 to primarily compete with the P790. P790 has a huge chunk of the market when it comes to that category of club.

I hit the 5 iron today and while the grips were different (stock Titleist vs GPTV), I thought they felt similar to the 23 T150. This time around the T100 and T150 felt more similar than they did in the prior gen. Basically the feel is still on the clicky end of the spectrum IMHO.

What weight?  I have the 85g in mine.  Very good shaft. My ball flight is very tight.

I’m excited too! Want to try those and the Callaway x forged. Also hoping Callaway comes out with a new apex CB. I’m sure one of these will be my 2026 gamers. For titleist I like how they adjusted the loft of the t100 to be a degree stronger
