New 2025 Titleist T-Series Irons

90 degrees, almost 90% humidity but the T350s showed up today and I grabbed my bag and put them in and went out and walked a few holes, dropping balls from various spots.

Compared to the Mizuno 923 Forged:  leading edge/turf interaction not as "friendly" (turf conditions were pretty soft after a big rain last night) but I think it will be fine, and on good shots just a little scrape of a divot which is pretty normal for me, so it's not like I was digging but a very different feel.  Slightly larger heads, which once the clubs were switched out and I was out playing . . . didn't notice a bit but maybe some of the turf/feel differences were the soles, not sure yet.  I like the shape of these irons a lot.  Distance - best apples to apples was on a par 3 where I got an ace a few weeks ago.  That afternoon it was 154, uphill to the elevated green, slight little breeze help and flushed it to about 152 and then in.  Today it was 156 into a good, steady and oppressive breeze and flushed it to 156 and a noticeably higher ball flight the wind didn't seem to bother. Other shots were similar in terms of more distance, nothing crazy but 5-6 yards seemed about normal.  The biggest difference was I was getting a bit more distance but a lot more peak height and that is exactly what I wanted out of these irons.  Shots from 110 to 150ish were stopping dead or backing up a bit (and greens a bit soft, but I haven't been backing anything up for awhile).  These supposedly spin less, but I'm getting more height and more stopping power and a bit more distance and that's a win.  Not sure yet about the "feel" off the face.  Sound is fine, but the sound/feel on a flushed shot vs. the Mizunos isn't as sweet, but again, fine.

Partial shots I need more time to test and I'll get more feedback on feel when I can do that - wasn't excited about the three or four I hit and I'm not used to these shafts yet and didn't expect to be this evening, and want to give them a fair test in that department.  Tried to work a couple 48 degree wedge shots from 90 yards or so and just didn't get the draw I'm used to or the feel and I may have "tried" to work these too much.  However, in general, these go high and straight.  Also didn't test them out of the juicy and thick rough and I suspect they won't be quite as easy to navigate as the Mizunos were, but again, we'll see.  Hoping to practice and play Thursday afternoon.

I don't see many people not getting the PW.  I have been playing a Artisan wedge set (46,50,54,58) and just wondering how hot the stock PW is.  Maybe a gapping issue is too hot.

I hit a few PWs 112 and uphill to an elevated green this evening and distance differences north/south were pretty darn tight with my new T350s - didn't have any "hot" off the face shots with it.  Other irons similar but very limited sample size so far.  I can attest that an almost shank sounds absolutely horrible, so they do have a little feedback, lol.

I'll reserve judgment about the T350s around the greens for long chip and runs but suspect they may a little more lively yet without feel than I'd like - rare I go lower in loft than the Vokey 52, though.

Currently nursing a elbow bursitis so I can’t get my fitting… but dying to know

i dont really work the ball, is t150 easier to point and shoot than t100?

also I tend to be shallow and my course is usually very hard pan, do t150 and t100 feel similar bounce wise? If so or not would it be recommended to maybe bend it stronger?

My T250 4 and 5 irons have been great after 2 rounds and a few sim rounds too. The 4 iron especially, it's so easy to launch and I hit two long par 3's with it when I would normally use a hybrid.

I also appreciate that Titleist sent me a nice gift of T series ball marker, club brush and towel!

Wow! I got nothing and am a Team Titleist member!!!

Received my T250/T150 combo set yesterday.  I cannot get over how good these look at address and even more so in the bag.  Chipping around in the basement with them the 250's feel slightly softer and less clicky than my 200's, leading edge and grooves also appear to be a little flatter and straighter (think Ping) than I recall a Titleist iron being which I am big fan of.

A lot of trailing edge relief on the T250's for a club that's the size it is.  Titleist continues to have the best sole configurations on the market for those who prefer less bounce and want to get through the ground quicker.  The bottom of the 250's effective bounce area resembles the width of a T100 especially in the shorter irons.

Getting them out this afternoon for league, excited to say the least.

Curious if anyone (with 90+ mph 7-iron SS) tested the T150 vs T100 and tried the T150 at 1-degree weak saw similar spin and decent angle to the T100?  I've seen where some higher speed players were seeing too much distance from their T150 7-iron and just curious if weakening lofts might solve that while keeping a little extra forgiveness.  As a higher speed player, I was thinking about T250 4 irons and T150 5-PW bent weak. Would reduce the offset and may add enough spin and not bunch up the gaps in the longer irons.

I hit the t150 bent two degrees weak.  It flew about 5 yards more but peaked out in height 10-15 feet higher which I didn’t need.

My opinion is the t150 isn’t any more forgiving than the t100.  It’s for the player that wants a little more height and distance.  It could also benefit a lower launch, high spin and speed guy that needs more height and a little less spin than they get from the t100, but that would be a unique circumstances

I did that, T150 1° weak (6-PW) and T250 5i standard. Not as high SS (85mph) but the weakening got my distance dialled in and a better decent angle.

They didn't show any gains vs. my current set and the gains with the T350s were definite at the fitting.  We'll see how long the "shovels" experiment lasts - going out for another test tonight at the course.  I'm not big on fitting off mats, but that was the only option for the near future.  I'm likely going to get to a Titleist outdoor event and do another run through and with some different shaft options and heads just because I was surprised the T250s weren't "it" as well.  These are getting me the higher launch I wanted and a little more distance (wasn't a critical element, just surprising even factoring in the slight loft difference) and last night's short session confirmed what I was seeing at the fitting.  The sole profile and things related to that is still the wild card I'm seeing.

Thanks for the explanation.  I'm a senior and a low ball hitter and went to order the T350.  I was fitted into the T250 over the T350 because they launched higher and spun more...that why it is critical to get fitted.

Got a notification that my T250 will be here this Friday. Unlike many of you WRX'ers, I don't give a crap about resale value but I want to have clubs that will perform for me.

I envision people who care a lot about resale value having a basement with about 20 different iron sets they've never resold.

Me as well. I upgraded my T200's to a new T250/T150 combo set, and also traded in a older set of 718 AP3 for a set of black Mizuno JPX925 Forged. I love both sets of irons for different reasons. Boys and their Toys..

How does the T250 sole size/width compare to the T200 sole size/width? Is it similar, narrower or wider?

About same SS… I went 250 for 4/5 and 150 6-PW all one degree weak. Gapping seems great and the 250’s are so easy to launch in those long irons. Weaking the 150 to the 100 specs gave me very similar results and a hint more height/control. We tossed around the idea of doing a triple blend and starting the 100 at 8 iron, but once you get there it’s not much difference other than a number on the badge anyway.

How’s that KBS proto? I’ve always played AD-DI in driving iron, but just switched to KBS iron shafts in the 150/250. Curious about getting this exact build to match the set.

Which iron shafts did you fit into? The best thing for me was that I knew I wanted 95g, but wasn't sure on flex. I recently started playing the $-Taper 120 (Stiff) in my irons, and wanted something that would feel pretty similar, but also transition well into my XStiff woods.

The Hybrid Proto is supposed to play the same as the Tour, which I know plays a little soft for me. I called the KBS Golf Experience and just asked to speak to a fitter and he was super helpful. S in the irons P-4i, 95g S+ in the 3i, and then my normal X flexes in the woods. Still gives it that similar feel coming from my 4i, but not too different from say a 3w. At least for me. This build came in right at D2 on my SW scale too. Feels great so far.
