I have the same deal with some T100 mid irons I've attempted to combo in the bag like 5 times now. I keep going back to my MBs because you'll never see a "hot one" with them.

Has anyone gotten any information on the T250 Star?  It is the high launch version of the T250 with 2 degrees weaker loft and lighter overall swingweight.

I haven’t seen the 250s in person yet. But gotta think ya gonna b hard pressed to find more than one or two heads that look better w/that degree of forgiveness

I was consider the 250 for my 4 iron bur i couldnt stay away from the clean look of the 150.  Being a PURE ball striker like all you WRXers here I would have no issues with the 150s.

The T100 is a 34 degree 7 iron. The T250 is going to have even weaker lofts?

I hope the T250*s are real. I miss having some chunkier clubs with reasonable lofts. Like back when actual touring pros played Callaway X12s and X14s, offset be d^mn*d.

Had a fitting yesterday. I may have missed something but I thought the PW wasn’t going to have the lofts. The full set irons that I saw definitely had the loft on the PW. 43° on the T250 core and 44° on T150.

That’s a bummer. I’d be bending either one weak and then the stamping would be incorrect. They should know players will be bending a 43 degree pitching wedge. No reason to stamp a specific loft.

Why not get a Vokey with the loft that you want stamped on it?

I don’t mean this to be confrontational at all…….. do we know what degree of forgiveness there is? I think we sometimes confuse players distance irons for “players forgiveness” irons. Just because they are lower lofted does not mean they are more forgiving. In the same breath……. They could be more forgiving. I have no idea, yet. Genuinely curious if people have hit them and know if they are more forgiving.

There likely won't be too much info on specs before official launch and SM Embargo date. The instructions I received prior to my fitting next week, laid out things that can be shared/posted on SM and things that can not.

Just left the golf shop and the manager told me the T100 PW he hit yesterday was stamped 45*.

A couple of our assistant pros were fit for the new irons this week in Pinehurst. They said they hit them higher, straighter, longer, more spin, using the same model shaft as their old irons. They were fit into the 100s, but hit all the new models. They know I’m considering new irons, and told me not to make any decisions until I can get fit for these.
