New 2025 Titleist T-Series Irons

Wondering if the new 250s will be closer to Mizuno 925 hot metals? Or will that be the T350?

Found this online today. I do not know if it’s accurate but given the information I’ve seen in other places, it seems about right.

I wonder if they are making the t100 a degree stronger so they do a tad farther in retail fits, and tour players can bend them 2 weak and take out all the offset and add some bounce back

It’s about blending easier, not distance

By making the stock t100 fly farther…..it blends better with the t150, which flys higher and farther than the t100(for most)

You would need more distance to blend to 150’s or 250’s…so it is in a way about distance

It should be interesting to see what Titleist claims is the difference between the T250 6-iron and the T250* 5-iron..

I'm leaning toward buying T250 4-iron bent 1 weak and T250* 5-PW

Yes in addition to 250 and 350. Not sure where it sits relative to them. It was mentioned in the Precision Golf YouTube Monday live this week. Being released later this year. Sounded like it might be a Titleist equivalent to Hot Metal HL - that kind of thing

I am interested in the feel/sound between the T250 and T350 given the 250 is forged and the 350 is forged-face.

In some weird world I could see all the lofts being within 1 degree lol.

when you strengthen lofts you increase ___________.  
 

if the t100 didn’t fly farther enough to gap well with t150 and 200 you need to strengthen lofts.

 

if it wasn’t about distance, why didn’t they weaken the t150 for gapping purposes?

Great find, I guess the messing with the lofts in t100 does open up a fair few options on blending. Currently I’m stock t200 4 iron, and stock t150 5,6,7 them t100 8 2 strong, 9 1 strong, stock PW and GW. Have not had any major issues with the gapping but the 150s do have a big flyer in them at this time of year. So deciding between 7 and 8 from wispy lie can be a tricky call. 7 will fly 8/10 times and 8 will fly 5/10 times. 
 

I intend to get t250 4 iron straight away then look at 5-GW in t100 alternatively maybe 5-9 t150 and t100 pw stock and GW stock and see what the 5 degree gap does. I may even keep my current t100 gap wedge with 50 on it to go 40/45/50!

Thank you.  So by moving the stock loft from 34 to now 33 they increased ball speed and distance of the t100s.

 

if they did not want to increase ball speed and distance to improve blending they could have weakened the lofts of the t150, but they didn’t…….sooooo it was about increasing the distance the t100 flys…

 

comparing a retail set to what a tour plays is nonsense since we see lots of the tour sets bent weaker
