If you guys were curious what the fitting heads looked like.  Yes that is for swing weight adjustments.

Not saying you’re wrong on the SW part, but the fitters have a lighter weight to put in the fitting head.  Especially helps for over length irons, that’s the primary reason.

I just realized how dumb of a statement this is.

Let’s think this through…..adjusting the weight in the head to offset length up or down from standard length would be to…..maintain swing weight. His explanation of the screw is spot on.

I didnt get the extra weights yet. Just have to wait and see.

There is only a standard (silver) and a -6g (black) weight for the fitting heads. So you can make them lighter but not heavier.

My guess would be tomorrow. I think they’ll probably update the website for pre-order. My local rep said the 10th.

I can't decide whether or not to get a T150 or T250 in my 4iron or just go full T100 like I currently have in my 2023 T100s. I would like a little extra forgiveness in my long irons and maybe a couple of extra yards. I currently carry a T200u in 3 iron and love it, but I may drop it to add another fairway wood.  

 

Curious to what people who have hit them think.

The new t100 has polymer in the long iron similar to the t150 so it should play pretty close to that.  

 

if you want a meaningful difference, I would go with the t250.

This was in my head before going to the fitting. I previously had t150 in both 4 and 5 for forgiveness. I still had some trouble with 4 iron. I went 250 in 4 iron and 150 in 5 iron. The peak height and consistent spin rate on mishits is what sold me. When it got to 6 iron it was 6 of one half dozen of another so I just went 100. I also tested a t250u in 2 iron with a GD VF 95x in it and loved it as well. I currently carry a 7 wood GT1 that has close to a 50 degree land angle but in the wind that does me no good. So I’m probably going to attempt the 250u as another option. 
 

I guess the question would be is it the blended set that is what you don’t want? Or something else?

Yeah I am fine with a blended set. I just have worried about workability with it and I don't want fliers with it. Fitters have always put me just T100s straight through since I have enough speed and height, but I am starting to want that added forgiveness.

 

Most likely will go P-5 in T100 and T250 in the 4 iron and maybe add a T150 5 iron later. I would just like to still have an iron as an option off the tee if I take out my 3 iron for a fairway wood or 2 iron since I am also looking for that consistent 250 shot. Occasionally when I have that 225 number into a green and pull 4 iron it is a stretch as I am having to swing a bit extra and mishit it then it comes up short. Also it is hard to take anything off the 3 iron since it'll come into a green lower and run across it. So I am hoping that the T250 will still give me that iron off the tee option and give me a confident 220-230 shot into greens.
