As for any others looking at this post.....can we get a legitimate MN WRX get together set up in the Spring??? I really need to find some way to lure ladahl into showing up so I can steal his clubs and just driving down south and asking him if he wants to play seems creepy and desperate. Anywayyyyyy....let's set something up.

Haha.. Serioulsy, golf gear is my one "vice".... I also now work PT at a local shop, so that helps lower the price points, as well.

Would never forget about the northern boys! I make at least one trip a year up north to play golf. LOVE northern MN courses.

We could do the Jewel in the spring then somewhere like Deacons in the fall, they tend to have good deals then

A very good friend of mine is member at the jewel. Would love to get a group out there, or up north, Deacons is awesome and I really like the preserve too. Or both throught the season.

Whysguy where do you live?

It seems like I'm the only guy here in the cities so I am open to just about anywhere.

StoneRidge and Troy Burne is a great 36 in a day. I usually do that once or twice a year. Two great courses and you can get the twilight rate on one of them to make it more reasonable for guys who don't want to spend $220+ for a day of golf.

I love the Deacons, Giant Ridge (Fortune Bay perhaps?), anywhere up north idea. Would be a lot of fun.

The Jewel is a little more than an hour for me so thats an easy day trip.

With the exception of June 7-16 I should be around all sping and summer.

Going to World Woods in February and I am pumped about it now that its pretty much a guarantee that there won't be any golf until at least April here.
