We could test that theory, but I am not aware of any brunette, asian, mid or other non-goodlookingblonde LPGA players that currently have a bet on their ability to quit smoking.  She's kind of a unicorn.

 

Not sure I can even think of any other overt smokers other than Daniela Iacobelli.

Show me another pic of any LPGA player signing autographs with a cig and a puff of smoke around her and we can start her own thread. Bet we make her quit as well. We are saving lives her folks, not exploiting someone’s addiction for personal attention, whatever that means. 😂

This boyfriend could play a very positive role in encouraging and helping her to quit smoking, maybe that's what's given her the motivation?

Wow. I was browsing through the old photos on my phone to see what could be deleted, and I came across the photos from the 2016 International Crown in Chicago. It was the first LPGA tournament that I had attended. Charley sure looked different.

Good for her if she wants to quit smoking - she's doing it for her health hopefully, you're exploiting it for personal attention.

 

Edit: Unfortunately, she's going the snus route, so she won't solve the problem, which is nicotine, and it won't "wean" her off of it - so I guess the hope she was doing it for health reasons vs. maybe optics might be misplaced. Just quit Charley, that's what is needed if you want to make that choice. 

 

Publicizing her bet suggests attention is not far from the top goal.

Oh I get it, my dad smoked forever and my sister can't shake it.  I was just pointing out that chastising a poster for looking to draw attention to himself while ascribing only pure motives to someone who publicizes a bet was a bit ironic, to say the least.

It is a horrible addiction.

 

Personally, I feel if someone wants to quit smoking and want to be held accountable. Your friends and family can hold you accountable, you don't need social media to do so.

 

It just shows that Hull either really wants the public attention or worse... care about what random people think about her.
