Fade biased fairways

my home course favors a lot more cuts than draws, and im a draw player at the moment… My current miss is a fairway that just starts straight and draws a bit too much, and that doesn’t work on my courses dog leg rights 

 

off the top of my head I want to try adjustable cg fairways like gt3 or cobra ls models, does anyone have experience making these fade biased? And what other fairways can I try that can achieve fade biased cg?

Titleist adaptor can go flatter in lie and down in loft (although not a "ton" of loft down).

Cobra's new adapter can go flatter in lie and down in loft (no experience with this one).

Ping adaptors (G410 and newer) can go flat and can go down in terms of lie and loft, (although they tend to sit a bit more closed in the neutral settings).

 

Those are likely your "Big 3".

 

Mizuno and Taylormade are a bit different; they don't have loft/lie adjustments independently, and as you go down in loft, that is often offset by going up in lie.  This doesn't preclude them from being set up to be fade-biased, though.

 

Callaway's adaptor seems to be set up to favor neutral and draw-biased settings, rather than fade-biased.

 

Low key, the Nike adapter is really good and "newer" (old) Nike fairways with this adapter can be set up to fade, if you can stand the colorful crowns...

 

Any FW can be "adjustable CG" with hot melt/lead tape on the toe side.

Gt3 is what you need! Has the internal moveable weighting plus ability to open face and go flat.

Taylormade qi10 fairways and turn down the loft will open the face up

For a fade bias in a 3w that's around the 175cc size, what you want is loft adjustment that opens the face and lie that can go flatter.

 

At the size of the models that offer moveable weight heel/toe, there is not enough volume to alter flight dynamics much. 

 

You want an open face at impact....deloft. More forward CoG will likely help...with the right shaft and delivery, will reduce shaft deflection.

An older Mizuno STZ. They sit slightly open in the neutral position.

Any Callaway Triple Diamond set to -1 would do the trick.

[Fairways_and_Greens]

Callaway TD are more fade biased in the shape and weighting.

 

I have a GT2 5 wood collecting dust because no matter what setting I use, it’s a hook machine. I should have went GT3, but I hit it further than I wanted. 
 

Taylormade seems to be a really neutral FW
