Titleist Surefit Weight track settings? 2 ways to use it?

Hey All,

I figured it was time for an upgrade from my trusty Cobra F8+ Driver which served me well for many years. I picked up a TSR3 as I always been a fan of Titleist drivers but went away from them after the 905R series.

Anyhow, I do need to get in a launch monitor to play with numbers.. but here is my questions?

With the SureFit Weight Track, am I understanding correctly that it can be used in 2 ways?

1. Moving the weight will bias the CG to favor a Draw or Fade to minimally correct ball flight.

2. Moving the weight behind the area of impact focuses the CG closer to impact.

If both are correct, can I assume, that #1 is to counter act or influence a shot, and #2 is for a player who likes his/her flight and constantly hits in a specific area wants to maximize that location with the weight directly behind it?

Correct on both statements.

Also can change weight of the weights for swingweight purposes if needed.

Indeed, and can fit at least two weights in there, maybe three if you wish.

So would 2 weights cancel out CG effects if placed on opposite ends, essentially creating a neutral CG? I understand the SW implications of going heavier.. But lets say 1 weight at 8 grams, vs 2 weights 4 grams each spread heel and toe.

Appreciate it.. I have +2 right now at D4 with my 75 gram HZRDUS.. But Im going to test some 60ish gram shafts that offer a bit more kick.

You could put one weight in. You could put two in, either in position 1 and position 5, or two in pos 1 and the middle, or two in pos 2 and 4 or 5, or 1 and 4, or three in 1,3,5.

So it's fairly flexible. The only thing there isn't room for is more than three as the weights are too wide to put next to each other.

That's a lot of tinkering.. I guess I am buying a weight kit and heading down the rabbit hole 🙂
