Flynn Driver?

I'm just getting into the junior golf scene with my 6 year old son. We've been using the US Kids line since he was old enough to hold a club. He didn't love the US Kids putter head style, and I didn't have an old anser style laying around, and I stumbled on Flynn golf. He was stoked to order his own custom putter. It looks and feels awesome so far. I searched on here and didn't see any threads on the new Flynn Alto+ drivers. Does anyone have any thoughts compared to US Kids and Ping?

I’d stick with US Kids for a 6 yr old. 185g club head isn’t light at that age.

Thanks for the replies. I understand that right now he is not ready to progress equipment wise. I was just curious how the new Flynn Driver stacks up against the ProdiG and the US Kids Tour Series Driver since I didn't see any threads comparing them.

We play Flynn LTX Irons and love them, I'd put them up against Ping/USKidsTS any day. For drivers we use OEM heads from TaylorMade and Titleist for my boys 11 & 10 both with Flynn shafts. We looked at Flynn for the woods but I'd rather go with a good OEM head that we can just swap the shaft out of later when they get stronger. I will say the Flynn driver is adjustable in two ranges 10.5-13.5 and 13.5-16.5, and the Ping/US Kids (TS) drivers aren't. The uskids EP Tour driver is adjustable but is $450, at that price point you might as well go for a light OEM driver.

When mine were your age we were gifted a set of TaylorMade kids starter clubs in their size and when they grew out of that around 8ish, I just went to a resale shop and got the lightest kids clubs we could find...didn't care about brand or anything, just light/cheap and sized to them so they could practice. What is really cool is to watch how much stronger they are getting and that translates into being able to manipulate the clubs more.

Wait until your boy is older to spend the $ on new stuff since right now it's just about learning basics/fundamentals which will make a HUGE difference later, developing a passion for practice/playing/competition/etc.
