Shot maps on Garmin S62

I’ve had an S62 for a few years and since day one, I’ve had an issue with it showing the shot maps after I finish the round. Scorecard unusually shows up but not the hole by hole diagram of ball direction. I end up plugging it into a laptop and syncing it in order to see the shot maps. I asked for a replacement from a garmin but they said it may not be the watch. I’ve done a factory reset twice on it as per their request. Still doesn’t work and after the last reset, I can’t even see the scorecard. They last told me to wait 24 hours for it to show up.

 

Anyone else had these issues and figured out how to resolve them?

You need to connect your phone to your watch and then log into the Garmin Connect app on your phone. Once your phone and the app connects to your watch it will sync the data.
