I love that he's running Tensei Orange throughout the bag too. It lost its cool status shortly after Ventus came out, but has always worked well for me in trials.

I was thinking the same.  But feel he played those for a few months.  Slumps will do that.

I'd love to know what's going on with that.  Is it strictly a comfort thing, or the blueprints weren't hitting a launch/spin window he was wanting...or who knows.  Would be interesting to get some insights about that.

Love the Tensei Orange.   I played them in the 425 drivers and I've been wanting to pick up another.

My guess he grew up playing this Yes, & since Yes is no longer in business he told Bettinardi bme something close with these grooves?.

 

 

I think this might have been the first Proto for him.

Yea it was a very underrated putter brand and the c grooves worked for a lot of people to get the ball rolling quicker with less skidding. Still works great for me so I play them. Soft feel on most of them too
