Ever tried the Sim2 Max?  It fits the bill.  I don’t think it’s super low spin, but I use a 12° because I need launch and spin.  I think they are still selling a re-release of it.

Before you consider a head, like others have said get fitted for shaft and head together, try to do it as blind as possible. You will get the most optimal results from the right head if you have the right shaft. Especially if "you want it to turn over" yes there are fade biased heads, but the ability for a driver head to turn over will be determined by the shaft fit to your swing path/speed more than anything. Second to Cobra, Titleist and Callaway have the most versatile adapters which should be considered because its a powerful tool in the fitting process and helping dial the exact spin/shape and trajectory you are after. 

He's actually a club ho like most of us, lol.  All good though.

Tried lots and nothing better than TSR2 with TR blue 6x. Swing good, hit it great. Swing ok, hit it good.

Well folks.  I landed. And partly because of a shaft failure on the jdm head I was hitting.  I borrowed a tsr3 8 degree head with a tensie 1k pro blue 60 in it.( always got along with tensie blue line)   It was just a bandaid for one round.  And I immediately loved the sound. And I had that unicorn experience where you make a tight tee pattern on the face over and over. And it’s long.  
 

i initially thought “ honeymoon “ or just a good day.  But I waited 2 days and tested on monitor outside tonight. I picked up 8 mph ballspeed over the mavrik max I played most of the spring.  I’m not saying faster face. I just feel free with it.  It doesn’t have that spinny right miss. That miss is still in play, because it’s not spinning like a top.  Probably the lowest spin head that all so feels hot that I’ve  ever hit.  Low spin usually means crap feel.  
 

anyway most ballspeed I’ve seen in 5 years.  I managed to buy it because the owner actually wanted more loft.  So win win.

I've been in the same space as you for a long time, so hoping this latest experiment might push me toward actually using a driver instead of my 3w/mini.
