Considering the same thing and saw last night they are discontinued. 😥 owl deer if they’re coming out with new models. Only the black ones show current which I’m not interested in so better order soon if want them. &nbsp

Lucky for me, the black ones are what I’m interested in. I noticed the King Tours don’t seem to be available. Apparently an overhaul is happening

Where do you guys see these are canceled?

Anyway I had the cb/mb then went king tours. I don’t think the cb looked that much bigger than the mb but I don’t have the skill for mb so the cb were much more forgiving to me. I went Tours though, and I don’t really recall why.

the cb aren’t so much bigger that you won’t just adjust

Good morning, looking for some info on how the CB compares size and feel wise to the MB.

I've hit the MB’s and really like them, thinking of going CB in 5-6 for a touch of extra forgiveness but don’t want something that looks much larger than the MB.

any info is greatly appreciated 👍👍

I play the 4-6 cb, 7-G mb and find this a fantastic combo. Cbs are a tad bigger but still look fantastic from the top. Cbs feel just as good as the Mbs also

I have a split set of the MB/CB right now. P-8 MB 7-5 CB. Very minor cosmetic difference between the two aside from the cavity obviously, and maybe a slightly wider sole on the CBs. Big fan of the heads, but I ordered them with the MMT105 TX and wasn't a fan. Collecting dust in my office now after only a couple of rounds.

After doing this several times over the last couple days tonight it seems like I’m able to order 🤷🏼‍♂️

Cobra, Wilson, and Srixon all sometimes have current models go low/no inventory and it looks like you can’t order them, then a couple days later all is well.

Ping, Callaway, Titliest and Taylormade all seem to do a better job of communicating when a head is out of stock and how long it’s backorderd.

I think they don’t have a lot of short irons in the CBs bc people intend to blend this set. Now I recall why I went KTs. They were more readily available 4i to PW than the CBs.

I ended up going with 6-G in MB’s and 4-5 in KT’s. I almost never use a 4-5 for anything other than off the tee on a dog leg or short par 4. Figured the extra tech/ball speed would be nice to have.

The soles on the mbs are almost half the thickness of the CBs. From address the MBs are smaller but not by a ton. The MBs are seriously amazing clubs, CBs are as well but not as good as the MBs  I play the 4 in CB and 5-gw in mb. I had the chrome for two seasons and then got the black just because they looked so good with black $taper and black grips. Haha but have had those for a year now and chrome for two so that’s the longest running iron set in a long time as I change a lot for fun, looking for the holy grail of feel. These are at the top (along with mizzy mp18) but have some miuras on the way so not sure for how long!

I prefer a more dense feel then “buttery” srixon and Mizunos tend to be too soft for my liking. Don’t get me wrong feel amazing but sometimes hard to tell where on face you hit it. I like a soft but dense and that’s exactly what the cobras are. Really awesome sticks, compact and very forgiving for a true blade without any of the tungsten or foam mumbo jumbo.

night as well cork your bat!! 😆

Man those look great! I’m glad I went with the black heads/black $ taper combo.

ended up going King Tour In 4-5 and MB in 6-G

i too prefer the cobra feel over Mizuno…that’s one of the reasons I’m transitioning away from the 241-243 combo (and 243’s feel terrible). Had a set of Miura baby blades that were the best feeling irons ever but didn’t like the shorter iron looks at all.

are the 243s that bad?  My son is in 225s and for more consistency I thought the 243s or the Cobra CBs if I could find a 4-PW set all CB.

Started with the tour in 4 iron but not a fan of the insert stuff so went with CB. I mean the CB almost feels as good as the blade. Seriously good clubs.

the baby blades are that elusive set I just can’t afford so haven’t hit them so I got the mb-5003 instead….read a lot that some people think these are miuras best feeling blade, so of course had to give it a shot. Found some really cheap so now I’m going to go down that rabbit hole I’m sure.  Don’t even know that the miura giken is miura but Japanese only so that’s pretty cool - just something about nutting a blade hard to describe the feeling in words. I think Ben hogan said it best that “a perfectly stuck golf shot travels from the club through the hands and  to the heart.” Pretty much nails it IMO

just received them and they are exact same size as cobras, almost looks like cobra used them as a guide it’s like the EXACT shape (muscle is less straight than cobras but overall shape is same) but miuras have a pre worn leading edge and the top line is about HALF the size 😳😳😳😎😍

here’s a cool Golfwrx thread comparing as well

To me they feel and sound real bad. For reference I’ve only ever played Miura baby blades, the 243’s and some of the older cobra MB’s. The cobras were the black ones with the tungsten plugs.

id go CB’s if I were you…but then again it’s all subjective

That’s pretty cool, I want a fan of the offset on my miuras…and check seems more heel side causing shots to draw more than I like…got me thinking I should switch my order to CB’s from the Tours

Yea I have a set of the mizuno tn-87 the holy grail of copper underlay original feel and I mush say they are ridiculously good feeling but I just can’t look down at 8-pw. That crazy offset just defeats the whole purpose. The cobras transition from hosel to leading edge is seriously perfect to my eye. The GW and PW are probably the best wedges at address I’ve ever seen.

these miuras are similar not that crazy shovel looking wedges but not quite as slick as the cobras.

I think I'll stick up for the 243's - I really like mine. I don't think the feel is poor at all, although lots of people prefer the S3.

Every club junkie needs at least one set of murdered out clubs in their lifetime! Haha

Mine were many years ago. (See trend setter 😉) MacGregor MT-Pro Cs, with black KBS shafts. The novelty wore off really fast and sold em after a couple months. Haha

What did you order? CBs, MBs, mix? From retailer or website? Website has CBs crossed out and shows 6 iron MB is sold out. Online retailers don’t have the typical customize option so appears being dc’d.
Someone mentioned maybe 3DP MBs, but they’ll be expensive and I won’t be interested.
