Well his wedge is the length of a 5 iron and 20 degrees upright so it's pretty tough to hit off an upslope

Watching the coverage early this morning, I was struck by how many guys were doing such a poor job of trying to shape shots and flight them down, even when the wind wasn’t that bad.  I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many banana hooks and flares by a group of professional golfers in one round than I saw today.  At what point is it better to just hit the ball high and straight, and just try to ride the wind rather than flighting it down straight into the weeds?

He majored in physics at SMU. Literally thousands of students per year graduate from college with a similar major. Hell, I took PChem and several other premed classes and literally no one has ever called me a genius. To my knowledge he never gained an engineering degree.   His self reported IQ is 121, roughly around the 90th %-ile.  Well below threshold standards for Mensa Stanford-Binet or Catrell scoring.

It was poor form for the caddie in the group ahead not to rake the bunker, but Fleetwood's lie did not look that bad. Bones and company went off the deep end on that one. If it's that much of an issue, don't hit it in the bunker to begin with.
