He had been playing STZ for a while but now he’s got something non Mizuno (I think GT? ) in the bag. Mizuno 3 year driver cycle seems to have backfired.

Good question. Didn’t think he’d stay in 245 all the way down though. Even at his age, the 245 down to short irons seemed like a stretch.

it looks like his 7 iron is quite chunky (like a 245) and the photo of the 8 is clearly a 241.

Interesting wedge combo. No gap wedge and he has a 3 iron and a hybrid. Probably due to the course.

Those grips must be custom as the standard ones are blue with black accents, these are black with blue accents. see below on gp website.

They are that good. Not surprised to see another qi35 3 wood in a pro bag. I went to a US Open qualifier in Florida and saw a lot of qi10 and qi35 fairways in bags. A few Stealths too. 
 

I’m not a TaylorMade fanboy, but I did a demo with the qi35 vs Titleist and Ping and I hit the TM so well I took the plunge. The 3 wood is just very easy to hit close to your target and a breeze to launch off turf. I haven’t even changed the loft on that one.

He’s played that setup for his entire career as far as I am aware

Nice! Yeah, fairways and 3 woods, pros especially, don't switch often. Once they find that 3-wood, it never leaves their bag, but everyone seems to be rocking the Qi35 fairways. 

Might have to check them out

The MCC does look different in his setup. The rubber on LD’s is black around the font.

Yup, if you zoom in you can make out the faint "245" on the blade by the hosel.
