They should make individual clubs available across the lineup. Allow players whatever level of customization they want. When you release as many irons as Callaway does, have to expect there will be a lot of blending. Don’t make it difficult.

If you select custom shaft and then go back to the heads tab you can order individual irons for the x forged.

 

sad to see they are the only iron excluded from the double bonus trade in.  Even the ti fusion and ai150 are inckuded

Ai 150 is hollow so lots more going on in there than the x forged.

 

x forged max might be closer, buts it’s still a solid pocket cavity cb.  
 

id think he ai150 is going to provide more ballspeed and launch loft per loft compared to both x forged and retain is across the face.  Probably spin a little less too

For as good as the X Forged looks, the Max’s aesthetic makes the i240s look as good as MP-33s in comparison lol

Nice the top line looks to be thicker than the apex CB’s. Is that the case in person too or is it just my eyes deceiving me in the pics?

Yeah, lots of boxes in my storage room!

 

Got the Titleist 680MB saturday, the Callaway Xforged Monday, and then today the Callaway Fusion Ti plated show up...wow UPS express is fast.   Oh and just now got another email from Cally...the Ai150 irons have shipped .... be here tomorrow.  Thats enough to try out for now...look for some great deals on BST soon.  😂

8i and PW…want to hit them a few more times/rounds before commenting as I made a switch to MMT 105TX, but so far they feel great and look fantastic at address.

Are these Endo forgings?  Typically S20C material is Endo.

The X Forged Max give me serious Mizuno MP 53/54 vibes which were total sleepers back in the day.

I’m currently in 925 Forged which are tremendous.  The Max is tempting me too much!  If anyone confirms these are in fact Endo I’m pulling the trigger.  So far nobody seems to know the forging lineage.

I hit them yesterday and loved them.  And I dislike Callaway as a brand but yes kinda MP54 ish

I still have a nice set of MP54. If the max is the same with the same thing sole I might move these to the short list.
