I don't think they have. They will still sell a crap ton of putters but imagine the reaction if they dropped black putter with a black putter shaft

I'm guessing that if you're patient, there will be a limited edition that covers it.   Probably best to start saving for the privilege of ordering now.

A little surprised people are so bent out of shape over the chrome shafts. I'm just happy they aren't 1000$ or more especially for the 9.2r

Can't wait for my 9.2r to come in! It's so hard to find a good mallet with the short sightline like the 9.2r has plus that head shape is amazing.

Double yikes on that face milling. Never thought I’d see Cameron go this route. Add them to the SIK and TaylorMade list all about the grooves.

I agree with you about the grooves. I actually believe that grooves get the ball rolling quicker. However, for years, Scotty has said he does not believe they help. I think this chain link milling is him realizing they do actually help and not admitting he was wrong.

I have a black shaft ready to go for my 9.2R that is on order. Been hoping to get that tour softened shape and still a bit surprised it made it to retail. One of the best looking mallets Scotty has done IMO.

What tip size do you think the 9.2r will require?

Cameron in-hosel plumbers neck shafts are .355 taper tip. That's what I am presuming the 9.2r will require.

They need to include a black shaft, but I know there are companies out there like Caddy Wrap, where you can add a black sleeve to your golf shaft.

Can't you send your putter into the Scotty Custom Shop and get a black shaft put in?
