I have been a fan of their business model and approach. I’ve been needing to try them out since John Daly (my golf hero) used them without any sponsorship from them. Their Tag edition 1/50 limited irons look gorgeous. This Utility though is something else, plus the fact I can buy two of them for the same as most other Utilities is impressive. These Pro edition Utilities come in 15,17 and 20 degrees. If the on course performance matches what I have felt so far I’m gonna have to grab the 15

My bag is that of a serial killer. I went X100 steel. It’s the stock extra stiff steel shaft option thankfully, I play X7s in my irons and  GD VF 7tx in my driver

I’m not surprised because I heard really good things but I was surprised that they surpassed those expectations.

Do you know the difference between the pro and the standard models?

I’m likely replacing my 3 wood with one of these in 15

Different face materials, the pro model also has a thinner top line and a little less offset than the standard models. The Pro is only available in 15,17 and 20 loft where as the standard is only available in 17,20,23 and 26.5 lofts

I still have a 699U turned to 17 degrees from March of 2020. Hands down the best customer service back then, hope it still is. It's still a rocket off a peg. I've picked up a 3 wood since then so it doesn't get much play now.

Still great Customer Service. Them and Bettinardi have been some of the best manufacturers I have dealt with. Something in that Illinois water

They make great clubs.  I have played multiple irons and wedges of theirs over the years. Still have the 859 pro driver in the bag.  It's as good as anything else out there in my opinion.

Yeah I have a feeling this Utility will be in the bag for a long time. Going to definitely branch out and check out more of their lineup when it’s time to replace parts of the bag.

I was looking for something very specific and ended up getting a set of their blades and I’ve been really impressed so far.

Once my Bettinardis wear out they are gonna be my first company to check out. They did really well on every aspect so far

Yes I was looking for a similar version of my MP20s which are a longer heel to toe blade but minimal offset and ideally a raw finish. Also play mostly fades so something that promotes that, which is exactly the 649 MB Tours.

Yeah I myself have been hunting lower lofted utilities that aren’t excessively bulky, stumbled upon these and have been stoked since.

Hopefully they drop these as a head only option soon. My only gripe about sub70 is their lack of variety of shafts in X flex.

I’d recon if you called them they’d build up any shaft you want in one for a decent price! So far their customer service has been fantastic. Their selection is fairly thin in xstiff but I’m a silverback gorilla so a heavy steel x100 works for me. I emailed asking for a grip they didn’t have on their options list and no questions or extra charges asked that’s what I got

Will be writing up a review here shortly but I am over the moon impressed by this Utility. The ZXiU and T505 will have to sit this one out

Not sure about "mind blowing", but very much looking forward to your review. They look really good must admit. I've been quite content with Srixon utilities up to now. Pretty settled in with the U65, (backup), and ZX utility, (gamer).

It’s really because of the entire package, from packaging, to customer service to actual product everything has been better than expected all of which makes me look back at its price. The value is exceptional

Wish they had two ddifferently lofted models, u for stronger lofts for the current lineups and pro for those who use more "traditionally" lofted irons. I am not comfortable with bending two+ degrees for lower bounce long driving irons...  Anyway, this v3 looks much better than v2 but it looks like I am sticking to my first gen.

I love my first gen 4u Pro, thing is a rocket launcher. I also tried the v2 4 and 5 utilities but didn't see a noticeable difference in #s to warrant an upgrade. Will be posting the like new v2 5 utility on BST shortly.

Playing an extra long course tomorrow just to thoroughly test out the V3 before posting a final review. Cannot wait to get this thing out there

Played really well today and the 699 v3 pro kept up, I will be keeping this in the bag for quite some time. I was eagerly waiting for a dogleg right that bends at 245 today to test this from the tee, it did not disappoint. Absolutely spot on and the workability was fabulous, I used it for a lot of punchouts today and it was incredible. this is the miracle. 112 to the pin, between two trees, under the branches and over the water hazard to within 10 followed by the dogleg tee shot
