I MADE THIS POSTURE BOARD (AND MAYBE YOU CAN TOO)

I literally stole this from @iacas (thanks, man). It's a posture board helps you keep the center of your hip joints from straying too far back towards your heels too much (which I tend to do). You can use it for early extension too, I guess. And, you can hit balls with it. All of the elements of this extremely high-tech training aid are easily obtainable at your local hardware store. I'm not even that handy, and I managed to build it:

I've put a pool noodle over the top (horizontal) section, too. On a 4x4 (which is like 3.5"), that's often a little too far away.

 

(I don't glue the PVC in these things. I just shove 'em together, so adding a noodle was easy.)

Makes sense for when a wall isn't accessible or you prefer a little more space or I suppose even taking it outside or to the range.  If you are also going to work on ballet moves, maybe keep it to the basement, but please post video!

Speaking of hip bone directly over ankle bone, who actually has the best posture of all time? Like zero anterior tilt, just the right amount of torso bend, right amount of knee flex, etc. It would be nice to get a DTL posture model for a pin.

I can't believe there isn't an inflatable golfer doll in various positions sold as a training aid.
