Insanely soft in my opinion- they feel great. Good feedback, and not overly dull. Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a deep milled carbon face, and a little more unique than just circular milling. I love that new Catalina, and have been very tempted to pick one up, but i'll probably wait around for one of these 3's if I lean back towards a mallet. Great call. Like any good manufacture, the more you can reuse, the more profits you make!
