What is the difference between the Titleist T250U and the T250?

On the website Titleist states:

"T250•U is specifically designed for higher launch, effortless carry, and optimized for use with high-performing graphite hybrid shafts, providing greater versatility as a driving iron compared to a standard T250 iron."

Does this just mean a lower CG, or did they put another type of clubface in? Loft is identical.

Another difference seems to be that the U is suited for parallel tipped shafts,

In the T200 the set 2 iron was said to be lighter to compensate for the steel shafts, maybe that's the case with the T250 too?

Reading some articles on these clubs it seems the T250U has a heavier head than the T250. Although this is on the bigger golf sites it seems a copy and paste line, so I am not sure if this comes from Titleist. The T250U offering is 0.25 inches longer standard, so that might be the 'relative weight' difference. 'heavier' because it's a fraction longer with the two heads heaving the same actual weight.

Reading these articles makes me wonder why Titleist even makes the standard T250 2 and 3 irons other than them being a taper tip.

I have the prior generation T200 4U, and this club was differentiated by having a separate grind with more bounce, as it was ‘intended for better players’. It came standard at 23* vs. the set 4i at 22*. Head was likely also heavier, though I don’t think it had the hosel difference as my mine has a .355 iron shaft in it. I suppose I’m not sure if the move one degree weak was what primarily drove the bounce change, or it was more dedicatedly its own grind. This info was buried in the copy for the U on the website and other hard to find nooks, but it was published. I have not yet been able to find something similar for the current generation. Perhaps Titleist can shed some light, though typically you need someone up the food chain to provide a reliable answer on such esoterica. It goes without saying I’m also interested in the complete list of changes.

Just to confirm the above. I asked the Titleist national office (Sweden) as well as a well-known Titleist fitter about any differences wrt the construction of the heads, sole, launch, spin, etc and they both told me the only difference is the hosel as per above, and a 3-4 grams heavier weight of the U, to achieve similar swing weight with a graphite shaft. The specifically confirm that the clubs heads are constructed the same (so there is no "higher launch" or whatever from the club head itself).
