How does the new Hoode rain cover works ?

Hello,

it says to place the front of the Hoode at the front of the bag, but what the heck is the front and end of a stand bag :)

Do I put the front strap of the Hoode, so it is placed to the side, where the handle is or what :clapping:

Please feel free to post a photo of how you have attached and monuted the new Hoode rain cover on your Ogio Edge stand bag :cheesy:

I would love to know the answer to this question as well. I'm in GolfGalaxy last week, checking out this Ogio model, but cannot figure out for the life of me where the rain hood is. I checked every pocket, finally ask a salesman for help, he is stumped as well. The "expert" is called in, he checks all the pockets, no luck. Their solution... just grab another hood from another Ogio bag. Only thing is the new system for this model has specific clips that attach to the bag, so the replacement hood they gave me was useless!!!

 

Finally, stop spinning my wheels with the employees and find the hood I need for this Ogio model, but the instructions are not very clear and I couldn't figure out how to attach the clips. I think, let's give another guy a shot at solving this, so I call a third salesman over, and he too can't figure out how to attach the Hoode.

 

I left the store without the bag and some serious questions about the technical knowledge of the folks I dealt with that day.

I got an Ogio Edge & to put the hoodie, the "clips" need to be inserted on the slim oval slots on the top edge of the bag. The front of the stand bag for Ogio is considered where the bag's handles are at (the molded hard plastic handle). Then, the rest of the bottom edge of the hoodie w/the velcro ends attaches to the black velcro fabric on the top edges of the stand bag.

 

It's not that tough. Just keep experimenting/moving it around & u should be able to have a good nice attachment/closure.

As above... They really should have a few pics with the bags.... If you take your time at home - before you really need it, you should be able to figure it out. And yes, the two "clips" go into the two oval slots.... get that done and you will be able to determine if you've got the front "right". It actually works pretty well.
