Chose the glass blast which is very similar to a satin. It took between 6-7 weeks for it to arrive. Cannot complain too much about the time since it is a custom putter made by a very small operation.

I really like the cavity stamping, too. Haven't seen the coyote used for the "A" before. Cool touch and great looking flatstick.

Actually saw that Cavity stamp on his twitter and really liked the way it looked, so I had it combined with the face stamping. I didn't pay for the deep milled so it may just be the standard on the stainless DH89, but it looks amazing either way. The feel is amazing. Distance control was not an issue at all from the very first hole. Even with a 30 min downpour during the round, finding the right distance on lag putts was really easy. Really impressed and this will be my gamer hopefully for a long time to come.

Usually takes a few weeks once the down payment is made. Depending on what your requesting might also change the time frame.

Thanks for the feedback gents! My 615 took about 5 weeks, just ordered my DH 89 and went with a brushed mystic finish. I'm thinking it's gonna take a little longer, Byron sounded pretty swamped!

I've been in monthly contact with Byron for status updates. I ordered a DH89 w/ long round pipe neck and a black nickle finish. I know he ships them out to have the finish applied, as of my last email with him on 23 Jul it was at the platers waiting to be worked on.

I sent a DH of mine in mid June to have a long pipe neck welded on. It's been almost 12 weeks after being quoted "a couple weeks". Byron told me in July, that he ran out of necks and was waiting on delivery.

Doesn't he use Colbert for Nickel plating? Sounds like there have been some issues getting heads back from Colbert in a timely manner as he's apparently getting out of the refinishing business.

Yes it is a deep hand milled tuna, but it's not super deep like some CNC offerings I have seen. Perfect IMO. I know he has a few different patterns. I'm not 100% sure but this may be the tightest tuna milling that he offers (minnow?).

All my Byrons have a different sound/feel. This one is soft but definitely not too soft or dull. Just a nice solid sound. Not clicky at all either. The pocket cavity is very shallow to keep the weight up and this helps it feel softer as well.
