(Poll) What color grip to go with this putter?

And now I need a grip to go on it.

I will change the paint fill to accommodate grip selection. Leaning purple at this time because it is something different. Wanted to get some opinions from you guys.

I hate yellow. I will change the color of the paint, and if the putter is going to be a gamer I am getting a new cover for it too.

I was gonna say yellow, but voted for white cause yellow wasn't an option.

My only concern with the white is dirt. Not sure how long it will look good. I know my white IOmic looked bad fast, I have some white MC's, but I haven't used them yet. Not sure how quickly leather would get dirty.

Depends on the grip. If I get purple then everything that is yellow will be purple. Same for red. If I get white, then I may get creative.

They both feel really good. The ones from thegripmaster.com are probably a little softer feeling leather than the ones from thegripmasterusa.com.

Did you wipe off your iomic? Was it still dirty? I heard they are extremely high maintenance... To the original question, Purple. I haven't seen too many purple paintfills...

The IOmic would clean up just fine, but it was kinda annoying to have to clean it after every round with soap and water knowing that as soon as it went in and out of the bag it would be dirty again.

 

I went with white despite my better judgement. Should look pretty good on a Frequency Filtered shaft. Now I just need to think of some colors to use.

I hate the Lakers more than I hate the color yellow. The cover is not going to be used either. I got an AM&E cover to throw on it that matches my bag. The yellow paint will be gone as soon as I open the box on Monday.

I'd say...match your grip color with the paintfill color. When you match the colors, it will really draw out the color of the paintfill. Thankfully your putter head is dark already...so you're pretty safe that whatever color you end up going with...the color will definitely stand out from the putter head. If you choose two different colors for the paintfill and grip...they'll "conflict" with eachother....just my .02 cents...

 

Just like art etc....whatever colors you want to stand out in one's painting or photograph....choose that color for the mat......and the colors will really be drawn out to the observer.
