I was just sent pics of my new putter and my jaw hit the floor. Gene calls it the bi-Ti09. The face is made of 303SS and the flange is made of Titanium. The putter weighs in at 362g and has a 4:30 toe hang. From what I've been told the pics do not do this putter justice and if that's the case then, holy moly!!! Gene's torching provided a super sick blue color on the flange with a rainbow effect on the sole. I can't wait to get her. In hand pics to follow with a review......

That was my dilemmer, didn't know if I wanted a plumbers neck or flow neck. I ended up choosing the flow neck with the weld smoothed out.

Thanks, Gene does have some sweet designs. I didn't want a any sight dot or sight line. IMO the difference in the colors of the two metals was all she needed.

I got this in the mail today and all I can say is WOW!!!!! Gene really out did himself on this one. I'm going to game it saturday and I'll post a short review then.

Just outta curiousity - how much ahem, clearing my throat - I'd love a custom putter worth a damn, I got a Lux for christmas - after I put about half a roll of lead tape - now looking like sh!% - it feels good with all the lead tape but come on - why not buy 8 rolls of lead tape and just make a putter outta it - feels good, I roll any putter nicely because of the stroke - but where is the sweet spot, balance, etc gone to hell with all the lead tape - I can't be spending 400 on a putter, specially how much I beat the crap outta them when they let me down, hahaha - so how can I be like you guys in this crap economy and still have a great putter all the time - just my lil question

The verdic is in, she's a gamer!!! I had a chance to play 45 holes with this sick stick and I've come to one conclusion, This is the best putter I've ever owned period!!! Not only is this the nicest looking putter I've ever owned but the feel of it is exceptional. The 303 SS feels soft yet not too soft and the weight of 362g keeps my hands steady through the entire stroke. I could have requested any reasoable target weight for this putter but I thought I would try one a little heavier than my first two Needs, and I'm glad I did. Some will argue that it's the indian and not the arrow and high end putters aren't a need but rather a want and too some extent I believe that, but this putter was worth every penny I spent. There's nothing like having that one putter that gives you confidence on every putt, and I believe that confidence, also feeds over in to other parts of my game. I want to thank Gene for handcrafting this sweet stick for me and the next one that catches my eye, I won't hesitate to pull the trigger, again.
