909D2 or Dymo

I trying to decide on these two drivers. So for those who have them, can I get your opinion.

Both are excellent. The D2 is a bit open whilst the Dymo is a bit closed.

I found them both to be bombers - The 909D2 had the best stock shaft IMO with the Blueboard made for Titleist. The Stock DYMO shaft was way to light.

^Agreed. D2 sets up for the better player. Both hit bombs but if you go with the dymo, get the heavier shaft if your SS is high otherwise it spins a lot. The D2 sound is better, but I don't like the Diamana Titleist shaft or voodoo, so i'd upgrade. I'm a nike guy so I say dymo, but spend a little bit more and get a shaft upgrade, like the Axivcore or even V2, or spend a lot and get a real BB and see the difference.

Clearly D2 is the winner for me. Stock Diamana was not for me though. Voodoo worked out better... Great explosive sound and distance. Best driver out there in the market currently. I even compared it to r9, ft-9, dymo etc but nothing came close...

The Dymo Str8 is a different animal. I dont see why stores even have them in stock, they are that good. They are long, and the feel is great. The Axivcore is awesome

I have not hit the Dymo but I can tell you the 909 line is as solid as it gets. For me, the best drivers in 2-3 years.

I am interested in the D2/ voodoo shaft as well, my driver swing speed is 96-99, mid high launch, 7 hcp. Is it a good fit? I will try as soon as weather permits.

Haven't hit the Dymo, but I have the D2 with the real Diamana Blue and love it.

I have similar stats to you and I loved the D2/voodoo, more so than the Titleist-Diamana and my current 904R with ys-6+

The Voodoo was more consistent and had better feel

Also tried the xCon5 and didn't like it

+1 for the 909 (mine's the D3 VooDoo)! It's the real deal! Dymo is nice too, but didn't feel as solid to me.

The stock Dymo shaft is OK, not great. The stock Dymo Str8-Fit shaft is much better. I think its partly to do with the heavier weight, but also its said to be the real deal (although there are still some SQ graphics on the Str8-fit, just more muted that glued version).
