Good price for Mizuno MP 52's?

I just missed out on a real good deal on some MP 52's. But I have a chance to buy a new set (3-PW, DG S300) for 600 shipped. Good deal?

If they are in fact brand new, that's a very good price. Even "like new" that is good price. I think they are still retailing for $750 or somewhere in that neighborhood.

Here is a set that I am thinking about. I've never bought anything on Ebay before, let alone golf clubs, so I'm not an expert on what to look for. Does this look legit? I had a member on here contact me about a new set and will most likely go with that but I'm waiting on pictures. So in case that falls through I'm looking at this as a backup.

There is another set on Ebay being sold by an Ebay store or whatever they are called for 600 shipped. But he doesn't have any pictures, just the stock photo. His feedback is good but I'm hesitant about buying a set with no real pictures.

The listing with pics were some of the worst pics I have seen, they are so far away I cant tell if it was of Mizuno irons or the great wall of China.

If the feedback is good, then the product should be good.

Well the set I posted up does have bad pics. But the guy has a shop or something, and over 1200 feedback at 100%. I just browsed the first page of his feedback and everything he sold was golf clubs so he looks pretty legit. Are there a lot of fake Mizunos out there? I can't imagine this guys is selling fake stuff if he has perfect feedback.

Benz, I'm like you. I haven't bought much at all on EBay, 3 clubs over a 7 year period. One I always try to support the local shops whenever possible and two, a big fear of being sold a fake. Like you I can't really tell a fake based on pics, so I use the sellers feedback ratings. Based on that many transactions and rating, I'd say they are probably legit. But some of the experienced Bayer's on here should hopefully help you out.

I just called Discount Dans and they have a really good price on 8 clubs with DG's. I'm starting to lean towards them because it's worth it to spend a little more to know exactly what your getting.

There are two sets of RH MP 52s DGS 300 at my local shop for 650. Brand new, from a retailer. Discount Dan's might be a bit cheaper, because they may have picked up the stuff after the new line came out at a real low price.

I think Mizuno is letting some of this stock go a bit cheap right now because their new gear is already out.

No, Discount Dans wasn't that cheap. If I found a set for 650 at a retailer I would snatch it up in a second. Maybe I should go check out some shops and see what they are going for.
