Anyone got their 710cb and mb yet

Ordered mine back in Sept. Still have not seen or heard anything. I ordered a set of 4-7 cb 8-W mb with kb tour 6.5 softstepped once.

I too am curious about this because Titleist said that they would be released in mid december and I have yet to see them in anywhere. Well, here we are and they are still no where to be seen in my area. What's interesting too is TGW usually has club equipment on their website before you see them anywhere else and they don't even have them yet. The cb's are in my list this year too but I really want to hit them first before I order them.

Golfsmith has had them on their website for a month or so. I asked TGW when they would be available to order and they told me after January 1st.

Called Titleist and they said that the CB's and MB's started to ship this week to vendors. So look for some time next week for them to hit stores, although from what I heard they will be in limited numbers.

I ordered a set of Titleist 710 MB with Project X 5.5 as well as 5 Vokey C-C wedges for a member. I believe the order was placed the last week in November. I received the C-C wedges on December 3 and received the 710 MB irons yesterday the 15th.

I have also ordered 4 sets of custom AP2 710s in November for members and all were received right at the November 15th launch date.

I believe the Original Poster's hold up is with the exotic KBS shafts. Hope they come in soon and you love them!

How did you get the option to order the kbs tour 6.5? I only had the option to order kbs in reg, stiff and x stiff.

I ordered my set of CB at the end of October and recieved them on Nov 30th. I was told mid of Dec aswell.

I did see them on Golfsmith but when I hit the drop down for shaft option and flex it didn't give me any choices.

On a side note. I did go into Golf Galaxy today and spoke to the store manager about them. When I asked about the CB's and MB's he told me in kind of an annoyed tone this: "I was supposed to get them last week to release them this week. They never came so I called and spoke to Titleist they told me to expect them on tomorrow's truck. They better be because I've been billed and been paying for them already." He did not seem happy with Titleist at all, so something has definitely gotten backed up or srewed up some how.

There are no choices for stock options. The only stock shaft offering is the DG S300. Or click the "Customize this club for your game" button to choose custom options through Titleist.

KBS Tour shafts are no longer offered in numeral flexes. They've been called regular, stiff or x-stiff for a year or so. The old KBS Tour 6.5 would be x-stiff nowdays.

My CB's arrived yesterday, my MB's will be here this week along with my Cameron California Del Mar, i think you should see most all of the new Titleist stuff land this week.

My California Sonoma arrived this morning. Felt pretty nice on the putting clock today.

This may sound dumb but what is hard stepped and soft stepped, i presuming it makes them slightly stiffer or softer, but why wouldnt somebody play s200 or s400 instead of s300 for example.

Or does it change the ballflight also?

Sorry to say , i have not picked them up yet. I am waiting for everything to arrive. I ordered them with DG S300 like everything, i dont really like all the "exotic" shafts.

I ordered CB's 2-PW and MB's 3-PW both sets D4 swingweight. And 33"/360g Del Mar. I am pretty excited to see eveything.

Mine arrived 2 days ago, but they screwed the order up and gave me 3-5 in mb's and 6-P in cb's when it was supposed to be round the other way. One of the trainee pro's from my club has personally taken them back to Acushnet which is only down the road and i should be receiving my correct order tomorrow.

KBS shafts are 5.5 or 6.5 which is bascially stiff and extra stiff. if you want inbetween you either hardstep or softstep. for example hard stepping my 5.5 once make them approx a 5.8.

Hit the CBs and ap2 both side by side today with kb 5.5 hardstepped. I would say if you read the feature chart on the website it is dead on to the difference in playability. CB's are just a little less fogiving, hit it a little lower, etc.

It is going to be a hard decsion to figure out which one makes it full time. Might just have to keep both!!!

ordered mine on December 10th and called and they said they are expected to arrive january 25th.. mostly because i got exotic KBS shafts, hopefully they will come a little sooner but i am sure it will be worth the wait! hit all the new titleist line and everything was amazing! especially loved the CBs and MBs but had to throw in a ap2 4 iron, cant wait!

I got my CBs in today. I might just sell them as I have been hitting my others irons so well. Have not hit them yet. Not sure what to do.

Took mine out to the range yesterday in Simi Valley. Somewhat pointless as there were headwind gusts resulting in as much as a 4-5 club difference... When it would die down though, full swings seemed to fly higher than my 660's with 6.5 PX shafts and slightly shorter. Probably more wind up higher than I was feeling at ground level. Again, just an impression as I didn't have the 660's with me.

About the MB's; I have the KBS shafts in X, and these feel [u]very[/u] smooth.

Today, I'll be going to go to a different range that's more protected / sheltered in Studio City and bring the 660's for a full shootout.

they had them at golf world in NYC, i guess i was the first one to see them on the shelf because the entire set was still in plastic (MB) - the staff didnt even know they put that out already but it was the DG300 shafts. hopefully ill get a chance to pick them up soon because of this damn storm im not really going anywhere and stuck at home... boo...

I returned to the Golf Galaxy in Devon PA the other day and they did recieve the MB's, but not the CB's. However, they did have a CB head in the fitting cart and they let me hit a few with it. I have to be honest. My first reaction after hitting a few with it was a little dissappointing. I don't know if it was due to the fact I was hitting it with the fitting iron or what, but I just wasn't getting the feedback and feel that I get with my current MP-62. I grabbed an MP-62 from the Mizuno cart to compare and the MP-62 just felt more solid at impact. Flight characteristics were similar, but just wasn't getting the feedback I was hoping for. I do really love the way these irons look and they do perform well, so I want to give them a second chance. So I decided I'm gonna wait until I get my hands on a demo set to make my final judgement. As anxious as I was to buy these, I'm gonna be patient and wait till Titleist gets their s**** together and see these things on the shelves. By that time the 2 feet of snow I have on my front lawn will be melted away and the spring flowers will be blooming.
