ROMBAX P95 tour issue shaft as of now

You said you like the old FIT on 11 PRO95

Here are the info from them so far:

It has a very similar base as the Pro 95 but we have added the rombax weave, and some additional materials to make it more stable and increase distance/performance.


MID HIGH KICK, 91G, 3.1 TORQUE.

DEFINITELY INTENDED MORE USE FOR FW.

This shaft is gaining popularity on the PGA tour for a players who are looking for similar performance from their old PRO95.

not real sure. got it from a tour player, but it was 95 grams and 2 degrees open. i worked it like freddie!

If it's anything like the Rombax TP95, it's going to play softer than a Pro95. Had the Pr095 tipped 1/2" in an r7 TP 3wood and swapped it out for the Rombax TP95 tipped 1". Definitely feels softer.

I actually got one luckily and I think I got it for a good price and wouldn't know unless someone guesses what a brand new one would cost...

The pro 95 loyalist are definitely on it and quite a few of them end up with it.

So tipping would be recommended just to follow the pro 95... I guess that would be a safe bet.

having a hrd time replacing my old pro 95 in driver tried some matrix black tie shafts but so far they seem to stiff torsionally. this shaft sounds perfect but where can I get one? any suggestions of a simmilar feel different make?

You could probably find someone here who has one to sell but i've seen them on ebay for 300$.

This shaft is available in the new Titleist 910 fairways. I have several for fitting purposes.

I see that Titleist has this shaft as one of their upgrade shafts. Being that this is supposed to be a tour issued shaft, is it the real deal you are getting from Titleist? I actually just received one of these shafts and was told that it was a tour only shaft, which doesn't matter to me....just curious.
