What equipment is/was Tiger using?

So now that we know Tiger is coming back in April, anyone expect to see any changes in the bag? Werre all his clubs and wedges conforming last year?

from what i heard from golf galaxy higher ups, he would game nike putter. his irons and wedges were conforming last year.

The only non conforming club in his bag at all last year was the L wedge. I think he even pulled that out towards the end of the year and toyed with a conforming 60.

I thought I heard on an interview on The Golf Channel that he could be adding in a 4th wedge and dropping the 3 iron.

Oh wait, he hasnt done an interview since...Nov 15th.

i very highly doubt he will be dropping the scotty. VERY HIGHLY

I think he won 13 majors with the Scotty. I doubt you'll see that gone. lol. I hope he games the VR Tour driver. It might keep him in the fairway at Augusta. If Tiger is in the fairway most of a tournament.......he wins. I wonder who is sponsoring his bag this year. It could be Verizon (to stick it to AT&T), T-Mobile (he could do the commercials with Barkley, D.Wade and Dwight Howard), the Tiger Woods Foundation, The Golf Channel, CBS Sports, NBC Sports or even Fox News (that would be funny.)

i think he will game the VR to be honest

but then again i dunno if he is ready to make changes maybe he is gonna have enough on his hands with coming back or at the other end of the spectrum maybe he has used his time off to practice with his new sticks.

guess we will have to wait and see

If he rocks the VR driver then sales would definitely soar. I have always believed that pros play what their sponsors produce but Tiger could do more than that. I think he will give enough pressure to nike if the driver is not up to what he likes. Just have to wait and see, i guess.

I have a feeling that this would be the perfect time to change any of his equipment. He is changing other aspects of his life so he might as well change his equipment too.

I think the only real switch will be him playing the VR Tour switching from the dymo proto. Can't see him switching putters, notta gonna happen unless he tests a bettinardi, then ba bye scotty.

it wouldn't surprise me if he actually rolled back to older clubs that he used to play and had a lot of confidence in rather than trying to add the pressure of new equipment into the mix. I don't see this as a time to be experimenting with new equipment.

My money is on a Nike bag for the Masters as they have done a good job standing behind him through all this.
