from what i heard from golf galaxy higher ups, he would game nike putter. his irons and wedges were conforming last year.
First of all why would golf galaxy "higher ups" know what Tiger is going to game? The only people who know that are probably Tiger and a select few at Nike, maybe Haney.

Second, Id make a large wager that the Scotty is in the bag. Any takers?

it wouldn't surprise me if he actually rolled back to older clubs that he used to play and had a lot of confidence in rather than trying to add the pressure of new equipment into the mix. I don't see this as a time to be experimenting with new equipment.

My money is on a Nike bag for the Masters as they have done a good job standing behind him through all this.
That is my guess also, although I doubt it would be the standard nike Vr tour bag. Probably a black bag, Nike logo, TW logo, idk very basic

I think the only change will be the driver. Bag will be a Nike, Stevie is on the bag for sure and he will not change putters.

Nike bag, paired with Steve Stricker.

TW has major offers coming in right now from some pretty shabby endorsers. He turned down 75M from a casino in Ireland.
I hear there are numerous Tier 2 and 3 groups offering him major league cash.
I also thought I saw on SC that he turned down something like 100m from a poker website.

He's playing the VR Tour 380cc. This is a tour only version and you'll never see it released to the public.
That would be the DYMO 380. All the photos of him practicing and playing have shown him playing the 380.
he should really take this as an opportunity to get those Nike sticks out of the bag and move back to Titleist (or Ping). OR .... due a smaller manufacturer a big bump and start baggin Scratch irons and wedges (second suggestion a stretch).

I think he will keep the Cameron.
Titleist nor Ping have the money to sign a guy like that. Thats why Titleist lost guys like Lucas Glover to brands with bigger parent companies like Nike and TMAG. Nike tripled his deal with Titleist, to more than cover his existing Ginn and IMG deals.

im not a huge fan of his buick bag anyway
You mean the AT&T bag? The buick bag was gone quite a while ago! I say he has the TW Foundation on his bag...
you mean at&t. The capitalization was removed as a branding change by SBC to show that the "mother company" was no longer the top player in the field. We saw it as a "we bought you" statement. Believe me, they were arrogant.

I think it might be a prototype VR tour driver similar to the Dymo 380 (the b/w photo that was shown). Nike has shown unwavering support to their cash cow and I doubt you will see him go anywhere else. One thing I really like about Nike Golf is that their players are not walking billboards (Glover used to look like that). It was refreshing to look at Charl Schwartzel last week. Because he did not look like a walking billboard (a la Lee Westwood).

i would venture to guess that the chances of him coming out with a method putter, or any putter other than his cameron for that matter are the same as him coming out with a bullseye with a superstroke on it.

driver?  dunno, i'm 50-50 on that one.

bag?  i don't think it'll be the foundation.  it'll either be nike or look out for a new endorsement, someone pretty new to the big leagues, looking to make a splash at the masters.  maybe an electronics company.  just a hunch.

I'm throwing this out there now but with Tiger coming in with a new perspective what are the chances of the red and black Sunday apparel being changed up? Shake up the routine Tiger!
Best avatar i've ever seen here.
Don't think he will change his 'trademark' sunday red. A lot of those elite sportsmen are too superstitious, especially when its a sign to himself and to other players that he's fired up for sunday. Do you think Bruce Doull would not wear a headband ??

you know the worst part? I over heard a nike rep tell a customer looking at a method at my local golf shop that " that's the one tiger's gonna use" I think they want that rumor to get started.

Sunday red won't change, especially now that he's going back to Buddhism. It's a power color for him that he tried to go against before (when he was younger) to prove his mom wrong. He wore a blue shirt and won but did it again and lost. Never wore anything other then red again on the final day.

From Espn.com

PALM HARBOR, Fla. -- Tiger Woods won't replace AT&T with a new corporate sponsor on his golf bag when he returns at the Masters, instead using his Nike brand.

AT&T dropped him as a sponsor on Dec. 31 in the midst of Woods' infidelity scandal.

It will be the first time since he turned pro that Woods has used an existing sponsor's logo on the bag. The golf bag and hat are the two areas in golf where companies get the most television exposure.

"We are not actively pursuing new business partnerships at this point in time," Mark Steinberg, Woods' agent at IMG, said Friday in a text message.

Steinberg said Woods will be using the "TW" brand at Nike, his longest corporate sponsor.

It will be the fourth logo on Woods' bag in his professional career. He started with Titleist from 1996 before signing an endorsement deal with Buick that lasted through 2008, ending early when GM filed for bankruptcy.

Woods then signed on with AT&T, which also sponsors a PGA Tour event over the Fourth of July weekend that supports Woods' foundation. AT&T was the second sponsor (behind Accenture) to drop Woods over revelations he had been cheating on his wife.

AT&T is still title sponsor of Woods' tournament, although Woods will not be the tournament host this year.

Most of Nike's golfers have a clean look, with only the swoosh visible from head-to-toe. Woods was among the exceptions. Anthony Kim recently signed a deal to have Royal Bank of Canada on his bag.

I am guessing that the 3 wood and 5 wood may be new. Not convinced that he'll switch drivers, but time to get the SQ fairways out of the bag.
WHY? Most Nike staffers are still playing the SQ2 fairway wood. Probably one of the best fairway woods ever made.
