Not sure I would agree with ditching Hank cuz [b]it's the Indian not the arrow[/b] comment. Hank was still his teacher at Augusta and the driver swing was working there. My guess is they didn't rework his swing for Quail Hollow so the lone common factor seems to me to be the driver/shaft. At least I'd go back to see if it was! Easy enough to check out and prove if it was the driver /shaft, or not.

Sorry, that's what I was trying to get across. People are saying to ditch Hank and go back to Butch, put the driver back into play that he used at the Masters, etc. I was just saying it's Indian and not the arrow...

There's probably a zillion things going thru his head right now that are not golf related. However, knowing him he'll be back in the top 10 come next week.

Judging his driving for the last 2 days I don't think we will see the Fubuki at the TPC.

Was the driver really working at Augusta? I remember some pretty horrible tee shots on the weekend....Please tell me I'm wrong. If he drives it half way decent on the weekend he's easily shooting 10-12 under and possibly more. The swing is not repeatable for him and that's the issue. He's so mechanical with this golf swing. Maybe he should go out on his own like he did a couple years ago. I don't know that Butch is the answer but something / anything has to be better than what he's doing. IMO he needs to go back to playing a fade off the tee like he did early in his career. I hope he figures it out.

No it's not the fubuki tour. Don't be mislead by the graphics. I talked to my buddy who's been on tour before and is in with some of the players. Tiger and Phil are both playing a fubuki prototype with the old fubuki graphics on it.

 

That my friend is exactly why I never pay attention to what tour players "appear" to be playing. Appearences are deceiving, thanks to paint & graphics.

 

Thank you and exactly. I'm sorry guys but I'm going to believe my buddy on this one. The graphics on a shaft are meaningless when it comes to what's in the bag of the pros.

I agree. We'll probably see him with one next week at the players. I heard mitsu was working on a proto whiteboard for him. It may or may not be true.

Well with his Wife taking the kinds and heading off to Europe for good. Jocyln James Dancing at strip clubs of every location of Tour Dates hes attending... Hes not gonna play well, I fully expect him to have a horrible year by his standards. We all have golfed with things on our minds and I guarantee you all of use SUCK when our minds are not on golf.

First of all, he isnt 20 anymore. Tiger is still mortal and age has been affecting his game as it does with everyone else. He also used to kill his knee with that swing causing him to have 4 surgeries.

During Tiger's downtime during his recent issues, he found the best outlet for all things golf on the web, GolfWRX. Becoming a true WRX'er in quick fashion, Tiger now has the bug to obtain and game every new shaft possible in order to keep up with the Jones'.
