I have found the spin to be significantly lower which is helping me with the added carry to my drives. I am still hitting a few power fades by accident but when I drop my right foot back about 3 inches I can put an absolute gorgeous draw on the ball......Out drove my buddies yesterday in a tournament for the first time that I can remember....love it.

I am also a high spin player and found this driver with the HD6x to be VERY low spin. Trajectory is mid high, but it flattens out and just goes. Also very straight directionally. Have played a Tour SQ with Blueboard 73x for a while now and this thing spins far less and is far strighter. The load/feel of the shaft is apples to oranges as the HD6 is very stable in comparison to the smooth kick of the BB, but the results seem to be very promising.

Well I grabbed a non TP Superfast for 184.00 based on what I read about the buzz about as I troll the wrx. I am currently playing a Ping G15/Serrano and its a beast... so I thought. Today was the first day with the SF and G15 on the range. Yesterday I was launching the ball 280 avg (104ish SS) with the G10 during the round with a 320 yarder to boot.

I was like well the SF can't better than that but damn... this thing is long... the carry looks to be the same on avg hits with both but the SF had more roll. On the best pure shots I would have to say that the SF was longer... dang. I will bag it for a quick 9 tomorrow. The SF definitely kicked my Ping V2 to ebay

for those upgrading from an older Taylormade driver...I don't have time to demo...do I order the same loft in this beast ? and which stock shaft do you like in Stiff ?

I love my older tour burner with stock stiff shaft in a 10.5 loft.
I love my PIng G15 with serrano stiff in a 10.5...

which Superfast TP loft and shaft would suit me best in your opinion ?

Nice review. You really have me wondering if I bought the wrong club. I purchased a Superdeep, since it was the best club I hit. The only problem is that the Superfast TP wasn't available at the time I purchased it. Now I can't help but wonder if I could have saved $300. Oh well, I still love my Superdeep.

I have a Ping G15 10.5*/Serrano and a TM SF (non TP) 10.5*/TM Matrix Ozik... for me the G15 has a higher flight than the TM Superfast... I would suggest you get the same loft since the SF ranges from mid to high flight based on the TM website. For me I would classify the G15 as high launch and the SF Mid launch... My SS is 104 and I have Stiff flex in each...

I absolutely drilled the ball at the range today. I hit drives distances I never hit before. All with the Superfast TP with a GD AD-DI 7. I still need another session at the range and an actual round of 18 to write up a review, but the early signs are amazing.

I was in the same boat. Very happy with my SFTP HD6 stiff 10.5. Not too high at all! Go with 10.5

Does anyone happen to know the bore depth of the SF TP versus the Ping i15?

My Kai'li in the PIng is playing at 45"...... so I'm wondering if it would play the same length in the SF TP......

If I remember right from the other day the SF TP bore depth is 1 3/8".........I think.....
