All time favorite golfball of all time?

Just wondering what everyones favorite golf ball you ever played was/is?

 

I used to love the Maxifli HT Balatas in the early 90's. Also around that time was a Hogan Edge ball that I hit really well.

Maxfli A10 / Slazenger Players Ball.
Too bad they went out of round after 5-6 holes.
Great feel.

A-10 was a wonderful ball. I still have a dozen in the box.
The Slazenger Player's ball was also a very good golf ball. I still have a couple of those as well. Love to putt them on the carpet.

Titliest Professional 90's. Best golf ball far and away I ever played, and won a bit of mini tour cash with them as well.

Slazenger balata was the softest ball, spun more than anything I've ever seen before or since. Lasted about 3 holes, but man were those holes spinny.

That and the Robinhood ball, still longer than any ball today.

Maxfli MD, balls came in a plastic pill capsule. The slogan " Dr., Dr., Mr. MD" and the red & white Capsule made it one of best golf ball ads of all time. Not a bad ball either.

My favorite ball was the old Accushnet Club Special. It was a cheapie ball back in the 1960's and just thinking of it takes me back to a time when I was a kid just learning the game and life was so much simpler!

Wilson had a ball back in late 80's or early 90's. Can't remember the name(might have just been called the Wilson Staff) but that was my favorite by far. Also have liked the Titleist Professional and my recent fave has been the TP Red.

This is why I'm tempted to respond "Top Flite Plus" in neon yellow - remember them? They had those teeny weeny dimples - 492 of them to be exact! Also loved the Dunlop DDH also in neon yellow. Great ball in the wind (and it always seems to be windy in my neck of the woods).

I'm guessing you're talking about the TC2. It came in a surlyn covered model, and a balata (TC2 Tour) if memory serves correct. I believe it was similar to the 2-piece Ultra in cover and dimple design, except it was a wound ball.
