The aftermarket 'ahina 70 and 80 isn't available until April 2011 from Titleist.

The kai'li is the real one. I also have another on pud for Jan with the real ahina.

I am a Titleist Staff Professional, our rep told us the 'ahina 70 and 80 would not be available until April. The same info it says on their site that's why I got Whiteboard in mine as opposed to waiting for the 'ahina.

You may want to ask Titleist, and not a rep. Mine has been on order for the last month and its ship date was given as 1/17. Titleist said it will be shipped in pre orders prior to April. Gonna try both and dump the loser of the 2.

I hit mine with the Whiteboard well anyway but that's interesting. I was at the actual 910 fitting seminar where their employees told us that shaft wouldn't be available until April...you would think the guys on their tech team would know that. It will be interesting to see if yours does in fact ship January 17...the Titleist site confirms it here too: [url="http://www.titleist.com/golf-clubs/shafts/default.aspx?tab=1"]Titleist Custom[/url] ... you'll have to keep us updated in a month or so. Your the first person I've seen go w/ the d3 and Kai'li combo. What made you decide to go w/ that? Was it strictly the numbers you got or something else?

I have hit it side by side with the whiteboard and just about every other shaft available. It was a clear winner. I first fell in love with it playing a practice round with a friend who is a LD guy for Krank. He had a Krank Rage 6* with an 80x Kaili and first swing it was one of the longest drives of my life, and another guy I know runs the TM Preformance Lab in Orlando and he rocks the same shaft on his super tri, so needless to say it came highly recommended to start.

Basically this shaft is a revamped blueboard. It has a stiffer tip, and is more stable. Feels amazing.

That D3 is awesome looking.. looks great at address but still yet to hit it. What were you gaming before? How does it compare?

I was gaming an R9 420cc with an x flex 60g blueboard. It was long, and nice, but no where near the ball flight, or dispersion of this shaft/head combo. The difference is sooo drastic I almost feel like my BB is fake. Even though i know for a fact it isnt.

Ebay. Around $60 used. In good shape. I did all the paintfill myself because I didnt want to pay for the CS to do it at a very very high rate + shipping. And since Scotty wont sell you those headcovers unless you send a putter in I had to resort to Ebay.
